I hired Pavescapes to do a 30,000$ job. During the installation they neglected to cover my pool which caused me over 2,700$ in damage. They did agree to fix/repair it but never showed up. After the first month or so the pavers started lifting and have since completely detached from the ground. They were never sealed. The company said they offered a 10 year warranty/guarantee but after multiple attempts to contact them they have not responded. I advise EVERYONE and ANYONE considering their services to use a different company. Not only did they do shotty work but lied along the way. I am happy to provide anyone considering their services more information and pictures. At this point I'm not sure that I have faith in their ability to fix the job. The right thing for Pavescapes to do would be to pay for the pool damage they caused and offer some type of reimbursement for their incomplete job. I tried going through my credit card company but because Pavescapes provided services they were unable to help. They have been paid in full as of the date of this complaint. Pool damage included pulling a permit from the city to drain the pool. Emptying ****** gallons of water. Refilling ****** gallons of water. Hiring 2 different companies to vacuum buckets of sand even after the refilling of the water which took about 2 months to completely remove. Having to replace filters due to the damage caused by collecting sand. And the saga is still continuing. I hope that by filing this complaint and making others aware of this it can help at least one potential client from the disaster I've had to endure. Thank you for your time.

Pavescapes did in fact cover the pool during the project AND sanded and sealed the pavers upon completion (like we do with all our projects). We have crew members, photos, and videos that can attest to this. Pavescapes performed the work according to the signed contract. We offered to send our crew back to address any lifting pavers that are covered under warranty. The client declined to have us come out and was seeking compensation instead. We do not offer discounts or compensation for issues with a project that can be fixed under warranty. The credit card dispute was resolved in July 2022 and the homeowner has not attempted to contact us to resolve any warranty issues after that. We stand by the quality of work we delivered and would be more than willing to send our crew back to fix any issues that *** have arisen after the project installation, as outlined in our 10-year warranty. We welcome any potential customers to meet with us, and to contact our NUMEROUS references of happy customers if they have any questions or concerns.

How I appreciate the update and response from the merchant 4 months later. It's filled with complete lies and calls to the company were not responded to. Just like this complaint was just responded to months later. It's now November and the company has not been to my home since April 2022. At this time, I would like to request proof showing the pool was covered. Photos or video would suffice. Had the pool been covered the additional damage would have been prevented. As far as allowing more shotty work to be done by their unqualified staff and their unprofessional company is not an option. Why would I allow them to fix a job they couldn't get right the first time and ****** later? I have video and pictures of the incomplete job and would like to upload it to show the damages and support my complaint further. My complaint stands and I look forward to seeing the photos of the covered pool. Thank you BBB for your help with this matter.
