North gate employees setting own price when purchasing some premade seafood even though the price stated and I photo documentation that backs my claim I requested to have three quarters of a pound of shrimp ceviche with no juice the price stated on the window $9.99 a pound and the employee charged me $***** a pound because I did not want the juice on it but there is no signage that says I can't have it that way so they're trying to charge me more for a a product at a higher price than what is stated because I didn't want my ceviche to be swimming in liquid but there is no signages that said I have to have the liquid that I have to have it serve a certain particular way as a customer if I want the liquid removed and it is possible causing no inconvenience towards the employees it should be possible and pay the price that is posted not pay a higher price that is not posted they were charging me ***** a pound because I didn't want the liquid in it and that is price fraud which is against the law in the ******************* and if the price stated on the signage that is the price I should be honored not a price at the employees feel is correct cuz it is higher than what the prices stated it is illegal for what they are doing I had the manager speak to them but still it is something that is need to be known by the company to be fixed and adjusted so no other customer gets ripped off
