Today I pumped gas ***** the cheapest gas is **** my gage did not go up. I pumped 10 dollars at ******* and the gage went up. I went to the register to advise the cashier and she said I dont care file a complaint if you need to.Business response

Hello,We are sorry to hear that their was a misunderstanding. We would love to resolve this issue so that we can have our customer coming back and happy. The issue could have been due to many factors. The customer might have been very empty meaning used the reserved after the empty line which when she paid $10 or for **** gallons only was able to refill the reserve in the vehicle. Or she could have mistaken of pump number and she thought she pumped her gas when in reality nothing came out.My cashier should have handled better the situation and I will bring it up to their attention. Its a busy location she might of have been busy.I will contact *********************** to apologize for the inconvenience and I will give her ***** refund so that she can feel she did not lose anything.Thank you
