      On Monday, 3/14/22, I spoke to *********************, who is the Owner/Community Manager for Cambridge Green HOA, and informed him that we recently closed escrow last Thursday, 3/10/11, on **********************************************************, and would like to change the gate code, so that we (as the new owners) can access the gate into the townhouse. He advised that in order to do that, the Architectural Review Form (ARC) needs to be filled out and submitted via email, which he provided as ****************************** However, nothing can be changed until the office receives the escrow closing documents. I sent an email to the address provided by ***** to (1). To request ARC form (2). Notified them that escrow sent closing documents last Friday, 3/11/22 and (3). Request for office to confirm receipt of the documents. My agent also sent an email directly to *****. On Tuesday, 3/15/22, I contacted the office for follow up at 10 am and didn't receive a call back from ***** until almost 4 pm. I repeated the information that I had put in the email, again, to *****. I asked if he can verify if the documents were received and he said he needs escrow to email to ask that in writing. I told him that I am the new owner and I HAVE requested the confirmation of receipt of documents via email yesterday. ***** denied receiving any emails from yesterday, but then confirmed that it was the correct email address. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to check with ******* the ************** assistant, while also denying that he doesn't have a personal email address nor received any emails from our agent. I confirmed his email address, and again, he admitted that our agent did send it to his email.This HOA property manager is extremely negligent and uncooperative in helping the new owners get into their own property. We are having to wait outside the gate until someone comes to the gate to open it for us because the gate controls are hit and miss!15061 *****************************************************
