Order number Online # ************ 4/23/24 I purchased a order from buckle I used Afterpay to pay then I make payments to them (somehow their address in ********** became my shipping address) Which I never added why would I add their address as my own. So they received my order as I have proof of and after having all the proof and asking them to send my package to me the right address ************************************** or refund me, they are still trying to charge me for the goods when they have the goods in their possession.Business response

I purchased a 6 month old ***** motorcycle recently. The person I purchased it from had purchased a 5 year extended warranty from Aftercare. In following their process to transfer the warranty to me I had to complete a form, pay $25 but then here is the kicker. I had to bring it to a dealer for inspection. That part is reasonable but they insisted that I bring it to ************************** which is much farther from me than other ***** dealerships. Then after taking time off from work and driving 40 minutes to this dealership, the dealership told me they would need to charge me $160 for this inspection. It feels like these two companies are in cahoots together.Business response

To whom it may concern:
Aftercare and ****************** have resolved his concerns about transfer of the contract that was issued, by Aftercare, to a previous owner of the *** ****************** purchased. Although the information provided, by phone, to ****************** was accurate and maintenance records are required to process a transfer, we were able to give this situation special consideration because of the age and mileage on the vehicle.
It is important to note however, that the Service Contract purchased by the original owner specifically states that service records are required to initiate a transfer. We generously extend an option to allow a second owner who buys an un-serviced unit (or one with no evidence of service) to obtain an inspection in lieu of the required records at the customers expense. A customer has choices in this matter they dont need to purchase a vehicle that hasnt been maintained. We have no involvement or control over what a Contract holder does with their vehicle if they do or dont service it, if they sell it or keep it. Therefore, we are not responsible for whatever discussion or agreement took place between ****************** and the seller.
Needless to say, the contract has been transferred into Mr. ******** name and he confirmed, to us, that he is satisfied with the resolution of this matter. He indicated that he would notify you of his satisfaction.
If there is anything else we should do to clear this matter and our name with the BBB, please let us know.
