            The owner *** is not an easy person to get along with. He creates a hostile work environment for the field investigators and is easily ticked off at you if a case goes south and will hold you responsible for anything not done by his office. If you are a contractor, you are expected to send him a text/email with all information for the case being worked the following day then you wait until he gives you a start time. You don't get paid for this!!! As a contractor, you will get paid whenever he wants. Example, pay period ends Sunday, a check might be cut on Monday or Tuesday then *** picks up the check and holds it till whenever so you will likely get your check in a week or week and a half after it was cut by the office. Then if you are lucky, we might have paid you everything WHI owes you. You need to work hard but don't expect the owner or office to work hard for you!

            This is from an individual who provided his services to us for 9+ years and even at one point left for a very short time and asked to come back to get work from us again. He has always been paid for his work (bi-weekly, which is not the industry standard) and received extra pay. We wish him all the best in his new endeavor.
