I would not give them any stars if that were possible. They should not be allowed to "practice law." They went after me because in theory I used a copyrighted image. I say in theory because I used this imagine for a very old blog posting. As soon as they told me the image was copyrighted I deleted it. Did they want me to not use the imagine or get money out of me? The work I do is not for profit but that didn't seem to phase them in the least bit, these people were aggressive and threatening ("we are going to have to send this to litigation, this is considered theft, even mistakes can have consequences, make sure to retain counsel!) I'm shocked that the BBB gives them an A rating.Review from Markus S

H & A handled the expungement of 3 DUI cases I had from nearly 19 years ago. They were able to get all 3 cases expunged in approximately 6 months. I made my own website where I blog industry news and unknowingly used pictures from the internet that might have been copyrighted. I never received prior warning or any letters demanding to stop using them. I removed all the pictures but they still want 14k or they will take me to court and *** me for 150k. They do not have proof I was previously notified and they do not have the copyright registration certificates. I think the claim is BS but I now have to get an attorney to fight them. This in my opinion is predatory and should be illegal. I am a small company in a small not very known industry and I am sure my site does not get many hits so I see no loss to the owners of the pictures. All the victims of these animals should pull together and open a class action suit against this practice. I told them I do not have much money and most of my money is going to my wife's care because she has brain cancer.Review from Brandon O

NO good bottom feeder trolls, they go after less sophisticated small businesses and intimidate them with unsupported accusations, scaring them and causing great stress and anxiety in innocent people's lives just to make an unethical buck. No respect.Review from Kish K
