I'm almost 100% sure this place is breaking the law! They do not appear to adhere to any generally acceptable lending practices. The interest rate they want for some of their business loan packages are astronomically high (I never did get anything concrete, thus my first complaint), but by my calculation, they wanted something like 50%+APR!!!I figured this out before I agreed to go into underwriting, and never gave them permission to proceed. The next thing I know they snuck $495 (the fee for underwriting is my guess) out of my business checking account as a wire transfer -- with no recourse from my Bank. This was fraud!They are crooks -- plain and simple. If you see a charge on your Credit Card for "******* Par Cons", these are the crooks that got ya!Review from Jim L

I wish I could give them zero stars. This company sends us a minimum of 30 emails a week. We never inquired about a loan and I'm not sure how we got on their list, but the emails are way over the top.Review from Brian H

US Business Funding did a phenomenal job from beginning to end and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Very quick and painless transaction. Highly recommend if you have a quick funding need.Review from John C

Like other people have said, the spam this place sends out is amazing. They send around 2 emails every single day. Even worse they're spamming my personal (not business) email account about a line of credit to a business that my Dad (not me) sold about ten years ago. The company has even had it's name changed and been re-sold in that time. It's like their marketing strategy is to be aggressively annoying.Review from Pamela K

I have asked for my email to be removed from your lists You email me twice a day and you can't reply to stop it and the link to unsubscribe is a fake link.I have emailed the person on the email. JourdanG. I have called his direct number and someone answered, "how may I direct your call?" Took my info and I know they didn't write it dwon. This company seems very sketchy.It is to the point that I had to come on here to get it removed. I personally do not believer that the 69 positive reviews are legit.Review from Heather W

They spam my mailbox everyday with a loan approval that I never applied for or asked for. I have tried their unsubscribe option multiple times but still keep getting these emails.Review from Cody S

Avoid at all costs. They emailed me a $250,000 pre-approval and 4% quote. They told me "well, you weren't really pre-approved" and then offered me a $200,000 loan, that I would pay back on a weekly basis over 15 months for $254,000. Plug this into any loan calculator and you will see that this is an effective rate of 38% (10x what they initially quoted). They tried saying my rate was wrong and then that there isn't a rate at all. After the process started, I received 20 more emails from them soliciting my business with the 4% quote. Several of these were under different company URLs so I couldn't even tell that I was responding to their company again. I tried escalating to management as my account rep was very stubborn in denying the rate. We scheduled a call with his manager. The manager was late to the call, ended up interrupting me several times with a very rude tone, said "you're wrong about the rate" when I'm clearly not, and had zero interest in receiving feedback on my experience.Review from Brittany F

I had the worst experience. I felt as though I was misguided in the funding process then charged and activation fee of $600 for nothing since I decided against funding wi them-super sketchy contract; READ IT ALL. ***************** now wont answer calls/texts/emails and the company doesnt care. They wanted me to pay $350 a day, give entire access and limit my control in my business bank account. I would have paid $45,000 for $30,000 within a few months. This was their condition so I declined, whatever but I was promised to get my money back and will be taking necessary action against this as I do have the communications. Beware of this company regardless of their positive reviews and read the fine print.
