We asked asked for either a refund or the balance of the order and have not received either one.             I ordered the wrong comforter size and have spend a whole week trying to get ahold of someone to do an exchange. No one ever answers their chat, their phone number goes straight to a personal number voicemail, and I got one automated reply email back to my inquiry saying they resent my invoice (not what I asked for) which I never received. At this point all I can think is that this place is a scam. What professional business doesnt have a business phone number or customer care service?? Im so disappointed as this was a very expensive organic comforter.
