On October 8, 2023, I purchased an all terrain wheelchair from Malisa Mobility (MM). Prior to making the purchase I spoke with a rep who assured me that this chair is made to traverse all aspects of the outdoors. He also stated that the company stands behind its products, and in the event an issue should come up, they would work towards repair/resolution.I've had many discussions with ******, the only company rep I ever spoke with, about the issues with the chair...namely, the power is insufficient, and the battery life is really short. The chair does not do well on any type of incline, and the battery range is not 17 miles, it is less than 1. They recently adjusted the range on their website top 13, which is still much less than it actually travels.On May 23, 2024, I contacted the company again because screws are falling out of the chair, and recently the armrest broke. I contacted them again on June 1, and they requested pictures of the damage, and I sent them. I contacted them again on June 8th, 13th, 14th, and 18th. They have not replied.
