I purchased **** money order on 12/10/2022 for rent payment it was made out to landlord it was mistakenly thrown out they confirmed it wasn't cashed an instructed me to file a claim form a long with an 18 dollar money order include original receipt which I did on 2/04/2023 they told me it would be 14 days for replacement now they say that they haven't received my claim form yet an to keep checking. It's been 1 month an I've asked them do I need to file another claim form they say no an to keep calling after 4pm because that's when they get the mail why would they think it takes 30 days to receive mail please help me with this matter I'm having trouble uploading copy if you need copy contact me thank youBusiness response

Check # ****** refund will be mailed on Friday, March 10, 2023 by Certified Mail.

Hello, I purchased a money order from CONTINENTAL EXPRESS MONEY ORDER. for $500.00 dollars on 5/23/2022. I spoke withe Continental express and requested a refund of my $500.00. They informed me that I needed to mail in the receipt of the money order and a basic refund form from their website. I have done so. I have called several times, and I never get a callback. It has been several months now, and I have not received my refund nor any information about a possible timeline or reason for the delay. I have used their 'contact form' on their website several times asking for my refund and information.
