Since 11/27/2023, I have been trying to get in touch with Stearns Lending due to an erroneous duplicate lien on my property that needs to be removed by the original lender (Stearns). All phone numbers have proven to be wrong - some even with a recorded message saying that the systems are down. An immediate resolution to this issue would be a phone call from Stearns followed by all documentation (if needed) emailed to me.Initial Complaint

In the course of Stearns selling off our mortgage to another company and a refi our automatic monthly mortgage payments to Stearns Lending continued without us being aware. The overpayments total over 13k. Despite various attempts by phone to various locations and via website we've been unable to recover our money. I can supply our bank records indicating overpayments. We've been pursuing this since August 2020 with no response or resolution.Business response
