We purchased a brand new cycle from a Del Amo Motorsports 7 months ago, maybe, and it has been in the shop 3 times. The cycle is currently in the shop, and has been for the last 4 months, with only 160 miles on it, in which we only put 100 miles of it on there. Its now ready to be picked according to the service department, but do not want it back. We'd like to have it bought back. Now as it stands, the dealer is saying they won't buy it back because they no longer sell the brand, probably because there terrible and they just realized it. Unfortunately we only have 1 repair order copy, because they just internally charged the other repairs to the sales department. However they cannot take back the time in service.Initial Complaint

Contacted ****** of Orange County site to purchase Kayo Bull 400. Spoke 4 times over 2 days received a quote via email. Last call I stated I would be in on Saturday 11/24 to make the purchase. I arrived at 10:30am only to learn from ****** there was not ATV to be purchased. He wanted to switch me to a Kayo 125 - was this classic "Bait and Switch". So I drove to LA store and made a purchase from a very ********** person ***. When at Orange County store I told ****** I wanted to speak to manager - nothing happened. I went to front desk and asked to speak to manager without checking I was told he was in a meeting what a surprise all hiding from me because of there horrible sales experience. I thought Bait and Switch went out in the 60's........Business response

We like to apologize for the miscommunication with this customer, when customer arrived, he disclosed that the Vehicle was for someone underage limit per the ********** ATV laws. we offered the customer a different vehicle but maybe he did not understand that part. We are legally unable to sell the vehicle to a customer once he has disclosed is for someone under the age limit.Initial Complaint

On 9/13/22 I ask price for parts and received a quote by email (quote total $1686.22) but the dealer didn't have the parts on stock so they ordered all the parts for me. On 9/22/22 I received a call from ***** (dealer employee) from parts department and the price was raised to $2278.90 I called the dealer to ask about the difference on the price and explained the situation a couple of times to different persons over the phone and provide them with copy of the email and quote I received to an email ************************************ provided by the last person I spoked with (who didn't say her name)****** I received a call back from ***** from parts department who was rude on the way he talked and respond to me and after all he said "there's nothing I can do".When I asked to talk to the Manager, ***** laugh sarcastically and said "OK, I'll ask the Manager to call you" and after I said "Thank You", he just hang-up.Since this last conversation I haven't received any call or other type of communication from the dealer.Business response

I spoke with *************************************** & listened to his concerns. I addressed them and we came to a resolution. I also offered him special pricing for the accessories he wanted to purchase which made him happy and thankful, he is coming in to buy them.Initial Complaint

My husband and I left thinking we had a great experience... Aside from the salesmanship and constant "doing us a favor", we were ecstatic with our purchase. The bike is incredible, however, the finance ***** is NOT. We were told during signing that there would be 0% APR for the first 12 MONTHS, this is a VERY memorable conversation we had with ***************************** in finance since we had a lengthy conversation with her in regard to the fact that we were planning on paying this off within a few months. This is when she tells us "That's great since your contract states no APR for the first 12 months".This isn't ********* life, I don't expect her to remember 10 months later what she said to me verbatim. I DO however expect ******* to be HONEST and TRUTHFUL with her clients understanding that this is their life and their finances that she is dealing with.Upon receiving our pay off amount we realized we have in fact been paying interest for 10 months and when I called ************* Sports and was transferred to ******* she could do nothing but essentially call me a liar and that "what I probably meant was that if you paid it off within a year the interest would be minimal".Someone like this SHOULD NOT be handling any type financial agreements, I feel robbed.Please BE AWARE that this dealership does NOT offer 0% APR for 12 months on ANY ***** FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS. I have verified this with *************** themselves.Business response
