            Ordered a part offline and payed for 3 day shipping, the date the part was to show up. It didn't, I called and talked to *** who was going to send the tracking number that should of been sent when the part was shipped, I requested a tracking number and asked for it to be sent via email, waited over 12hrs for the email to be sent, it wasn't sent, called again to get tracking info and they wouldn't answer, I had to leave a message saying if I didn't get a number I'd have to report it as fraud. Then had to call again or them to answer, when they answered *** was upset that I threatened to report as fraud and tried saying the number so fast that I couldn't write it. Very shady company

            I apologize about the lack of response, we weren't notified of this review and found this today by randomly logging in to update contact information.In response to your issue with our **************** last year, that is unfortunate to hear. The employee that you dealt with no longer works for our company. I apologize for your negative experience, as that it not at all typical of how we operate.
