We will see to it that our Department sends you the information regarding your missing article and make sure you receive it. We won't ask you to return the incorrect article in order to not cause you more trouble. Ordered a hat on 6/18/24. Received an email stating that my order has shipped on 6/28/24. Today is 7/22/24 and still haven't received the item. All of my emails requesting updates have been unanswered. Stay far away from this company.Artist Shot LLC Response

Couldn't execute I was so excited to get my product, but when I did the placement was TERRIBLE and even though I went through customer service, and they tried to help, they sent me back the same hoodie, not fixing or following any instructions....in the meantime, I paid for shipping 3 separate times and didn't get any product! I ordered a hat on Monday the 25th of March. I paid for expedited shipping (which was almost the cost of the hat) and the order still says processing and its now Friday the 29th. I get delays happy before things ship, but the fact that I need to update an error on the apartment number of the recipient and have called, emailed and texted since Tuesday, no reply. The phone is off during business hours too. What makes even less sense is on my automated order email confirmation receipt, the recipients apt number IS correct (reads as C302) but when I do my order search, it shows her apt as just "3". It wont get delivered if they are putting the wrong address so it would be really nice to hear back. It would also be nice to know why I paid for the fasting shipping and its been 5 business days and hasnt even been mailed out. I wouldnt write on here after such a short time but it feels like a full on scam right nowReview from Mary H

I ordered a product and paid for expedited shipping. I never received my product and have asked for a refund of both the product and the shipping multiple times. I never received a response in regards to my request for a refund. Those requests were sent by email. I also called the customer service line which is closed even during business hours. At this point I believe this to be a fraudulent company and have marked the charge with my credit card company as a fraudulent charge.Artist Shot LLC Response

I ordered two hoodies from Artist Shot and every time I check on the status of the order it says processing. When I called them and provided the employee with the order #, I was told 2 to 4 weeks. How do I know if the product is actually going to be shipped as we are reaching the 2 week ***** I am not very happy as I have payed $126.00 for the two items and at this point I am not sure even if the product will be shipped to me. I placed an order and never received order confirmation, never heard when the items would ship. Contacted the customer support more times than I can count during business hours - could not reach anyone and could not leave a message. Sent an email. No response. Sent a text. No response. I ordered a Hop Cat hoodie last week. I was supposed to get a confirmation email. When I tried to email it said it was in illegitimate address.
