    May 24, 2022, I put a order in for shorts and sweatsuits. A couple days later their website went down and never got back up and running. I reached out on instagram on May 28th to see when the website will be back up and someone messaged back to shop through the link on instagram and inquire through email. After I asked about an update on my order and they said to send them the order details through email. Im messaged my order number through instagram and email and have yet to receive any response as to an update about my order. As well as the message I sent through instagram was marked as read so I know they got my message but still has never responded.

I ordered OCT/21, today is MAR/22 order history 10/3 Ordered 31 pieces valued at $1,122.91 10/18 Followed up on order 10/20 Your order is out for transit update this upcoming week."10/24 Followed up on order 10/25 please notice tracking # will be provided this week. "11/1 Followed up on order 11/2 "************ order tracking will update tomorrow. "11/3 Asked for a refund 11/5 Followed up on refund 11/8 "this order was already pulled and dropped off at **** If looking to refund will need to provide a 80% restock fee. Otherwise please let me look into why there is a delay."11/8 Can you send me the *** order number 11/11 Ok Ill wait for the order. Could you forward me the *** number 11/15 Following up on this order. Can you send that confirmation thank you 11/16 This order wont ship unless you close charge back open.11/16 ***** that.
