    #VF7721. weeks after my my order no delivery and i wrote to them twice with a week in between (don't give me the span line - BS) with no response.At this point I am pretty sure it is a Scam website

    Ever since the former CEO Alex ********************** resigned from the company and no longer an equity holder after his lender foreclosed and took over, *********** has enjoyed a breath of fresh air with positive client engagement targeting more sophisticated clients looking for higher quality experiences! Also, company is now lead by.an experienced industry female expert of 22 years in business and a licensed esthetician. Whole new company that has departed from the past questionable business practices.

    Buyer/Seller beware!!! They have owed my client THOUSANDS of dollars for over a year and are refusing to pay! If you are about sell to them or buy from them, my advice would be to do your homework!

    I wish I would have checked BBB before purchasing anything from this business.I have been attempting to contact them to receive a refund for ORDER VP2708742 as it's been 9 days since I made a purchase with no shipment update. I have had no response to two emails and an IG message sent. Hopefully I will get my money back as I'm starting to think this company is a scam!

    I have been trying to return a few items for weeks. Upon receiving three products and being irritated about the low quality, I decided to return them. They will not give you a return label - I have emailed, called, texted, sent in pictures as requested - and still nothing. They make the return soon difficult that I am sure most people give up - thats fraudulent!!! And my products are still in the boxes so there is no reason for them to not accept them back. I started the return process within the thirty day window and I suspect the company is trying to pull the process out and then tell me - its too late.

    We bought a product from Vanity Planet website. They have not sent the product in over 11days. We email them 2 times and the response is so robotic same answer no resolution. They have no number that responds to customers. They took our money. Ive never had such anxiety dealing with a company. Its causing me to feel stressed. This product my daughter bought was to help me. Order #VP2704480 this is what comes up on their website every day I check, Your delivery status is not available at this time. I emailed them that I want to cancel the order since they are not sending it. No response. At this point I dont know what to do. Please hep. Thank you

    Upon checking, this order was successfully delivered on May 26. The customer reached out to us on May 23 and a response was sent to the customer within 48 hours. If the customer wishes to return the order for a full refund, they can reach out to us via the same email thread and we'll be happy to assist.

    Wow...I regret not checking BBB before doing business with them. Their product Raedia 2.0 is a facial cleansing brush, the care instructions advise to replace the brushes every three months, however, they do not sell replacement brushes for this device. The only way to get more is to buy the device all over again. This is such a disgusting and deceptive practice, and their customer service couldn't care less. Don't be fooled like I was, save your money and stay away from this shady company.

    (#VP2696551 ***** + Exfora + **************** ****** Refund needed)Vanity Planet Transaction for ****** was charged to my card last month , due to a glich on Vanity Planet System . I automatically contact customer service to rectify the UnAuthorized Charges. I was told the order couldn't be canceled,to refuse all packages with carrier and or contact for a return label to ship back. I followed all instructions provided by Vanity Planet. I refused all packages through *************** a refund label for one item. Keep in mind this was a UnAuthorized Purchase. But because I have done Businesses with Vanity throughout the years , I figured that incident would be rectify in a timely manner. Unfortunately Vanity Planet customer isn't pleasant at all. ********************** customer service use to be prompt and awesome, I am sad to say today it needs allot of work. You only can communicate through email because the ***** number is voice message only "Sad" and very disappointing. I need a total refund in adding up to ******. I have only received a partial refund with has taken almost a month. The remaining refund is:Refund Needed ***** + Exfora + **************** ****** Order #VP2696551 . I provided screen shots and tracking for all Unauthorized ****************** has been refused & returned to Vanity Planet. At this point I feel robbed as a customer & broken hearted because I Loved **********************. It's a shame that Vanity Planet treats there customer this way. I Pray that ********************** steps up its **************** Because there Business won't survive in the future treating honest paying customers this way. Trying to rectify & recieve a refund for an Unauthorized Transaction for ******, has caused me serious stress , anxiety and financial duress. I have emailed Vanity Planet over 35 times providing proof of tracking, screen shoots and every necessary documentation needed for a refund. I will also be doing a Vlog on all my social media platforms about my experience.

    My order number is VP2687738 and vanity planet lost my order and they made me sign forms confirming this and made me wait 10 days which I did and changed them back again and they said oh we cant do anything as the delivery company. What the heck are they thinking making me wait and not helping. They should be following up with my delivery I never get replies from them they are rude. I want my money back asap
