            I ordered a magnetic chessboard, item description state its made of wood. Pictures on the website show its made of wood. I never got an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking information, or delivery confirmation emails. Nothing. I had to call to get any information. When the item arrived, it was made of ply material, not wood as specified and pictured. I would not have purchased this item if it had shown or specified ply material. The item has personalization on it, and cannot be returned. I was offered 10% off my next purchase due to them not meeting my expectations, however I will not be purchasing from them given the false advertisement of this item, which is entirely unacceptable. I would like them to make good on this purchase with an item that matches what is advertised, or offer full refund.

            I ordered a gift card crate and it skipped over the card to say who sent it. I immediately sent a total of 5 emails to correct this and called( held on over 40 min). Never received any communication. So a month later, when the gift arrives. it says "love ***** and ****". (should have said *** and ****). I spent $150 for a gift card, to make it fun, and it was ill-received. It sounded like a *** scheme. Will never use them again
