In Janualy 2023, I purchased 2 colour 62XL cartridges for my hp envy **** printer. I paid $81.66 CDN for them both. I left them both completely sealed up until I went to use them in ************** of the cartridges was not accepted at all by my printer and the other cartridge appears to have very little ink in it in regards to the way it prints.I haven't been able to find an e-mail address for Printronic Corporation nor can I find their website. I live in ****** and do not want to call long distance as I don't have coverage for that.I would like a refund.Any assistance you can give me in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.Business response

Customer placed the order through Amazon Canada and we never received any messages regarding any issues. All concerns and refunds should be processed through Amazon platform including problems with products as they were purchased from Amazon. Since our refund policy is for one year, we have processed a refund through Amazon Canada. Unfortunately, Amazon does not provide a separate refund confirmation, it is just the order number. Please let the customer know that a refund is pending and they can confirm with Amazon. It may or may not show up right away but please allow for a few days and contact Amazon if they do not see it.

MARCH 10, ********************************************************* promotional materials.Total amount of purchas: $34.42 I have requested a refund 3 times. The first time, the company responded. They suggested I try several steps to trick the printer into accepting the ink they sold **** followed the steps carefully, and the ink still would not be recognized by the printer.I lost the use of my printer for 10 days waiting for ink from another company, which did work immediately.I believe Inksmile.com is defrauding the public by offering a product that does not work as described.Thea *********************** ********, ** April 14, 2022Business response
