They were rude and condescending, While I was explaning the problem the clerk was smiling, That made me feel descriminated and abused They were supposed to protect my money, instead they partn up with the business and did not show me evidence that what they business were saying was truth,I don't recommend chase to anyone, The business is ran by ************** employees All calls is outside of **, *****, **********, ******,.These people are Crooks!!!!!!

0 Stars!!! This place is a h*** hole that needs to be condemned! I stayed there 7 years! Management is absolutely terrible! They actually came to me & asked me to move into this so called newly renovated apartment last April, I moved in July 1, 2022 Worst mistake EVER!!! 3 days after moving in, I walked into a flooded kitchen, ruined rugs etc. on 10/24/22 what I thought was the worst happened! It rained, & flooded my apartment completely! The water stood over the baseboards ( I have proof, videos, pictures, voice recordings, emails and texts) Terrace heights property manager ( at that time ) ********************* was called, , she came over & lied! She said Ill be back in the morning to put you in a hotel., When I say it was 8 days later that I spoke to her, & then more lies! They NEVER moved me or put me in a hotel, or had anyone come to do mold/mildew control, clean & definitely didnt replace my damaged property, or provide any type of compensation. Now 4/28/23 My apartment Flooded worse than the first time ( mind you , I have visible mold, you can hear & see the water underneath the floor boards) this time it flooded from my apartment **** completely through to **** with my apartment taking the worst of the worst! Keep in mind the flooding starts in the KITCHEN!! Not the front door, & again the NEW property manager ****** is just as bad as *************** aint no better! Theyre all GARBAGE! ****** did nothing over the weekend to provide assistance, I asked to be put in a hotel, she said no. On 5/1/23 she said she will let me out of my lease, I told her I needed time to find a place, and ppl to move me, she said can you turn the keys in Monday ? ) 7 DAYS!!! No maam!! ( I have the whole conversation recorded) I turned the keys in 5/15/23 they harassed me the entire time through text. I know for sure apartment 203 the sewer came up through the floor, my entire apartment smelled like the bowels of *******, again no compensation, or movement. Or cleaners!

I am a military veteran who was a guest at ************** Apartments in *******, one of DTIs properties and the place is the worst place Ive lived in my ten years of service. The manager at the front is always short tempered and never willing to help address issues when brought forth. When my friend moved into the apartment they were told that they only needed to recycle the parking pass they were given until they leave; which was proven to be a lie when my car was towed when I visited one month later. The leasing agents and manager also stated to annotate all deficiencies and they will address all. The door seals were completely rotted, the window seals were non existent, the maintenance refused to believe in the existence of a leak in the shower and only came by to tighten the k*** till it stopped leaking for the moment they were there, the windows have no latches to close them and they dont care to fix it (youre better off buying it yourself), the stairs welds are breaking and look like they could have been out together in an arts and crafts class, and your smoke detectors are so close to everything that they will go off from you boiling water. 100% do not recommend to anyone looking for a place to live unless you like poor service and disrespectful conditions. Only reason I gave it any stars is because that was my only option to report this place.

The Renaissance at Stoney Creek. ******* *****. October 14th 2021 My fianc and I moved in December 2020 From the start there was issues. They wouldnt let us look at the apartment before we signed. Yes thats our fault for continuing but we need a place to live. The dishwasher had mold in it. And when ran it smelled HORRIBLE. The garbage disposal still had left over food from the previous tenants. One month ago. August 2021, there was leaking coming from the bedroom ceiling. They gave me a bucket and basically said **** it. They came back 2 weeks later and put white plaster over the leaking and sprayed the ceiling with popcorn foam. October 14th 2021. The ceiling is still leaking. And now is in 5 different places. Its pouring out water. Unsafe living conditions. Management doesnt do anything. Maintenance doesnt do anything. It smells like straight mold in the apartment. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
