My AC Broke and I called for a service, they tried to scam me into replacing the entire unit and furnace for *****k which is an insane price or fixing it for 3600$. Foolishly I financed through them for the system on Friday evening. I did more research and realized the absurd price so I decided to cancel the order and called in early Saturday morning. The lady confirmed that it was cancelled and I confirmed that I don't need to do anything. Then on Sunday they called me saying that they did labor on Saturday by going to pick up a non refundable unit and tried to charge me 2500 for a restocking fee. I told their manager **** to call me back and after 3 days of messaging them waiting for the call they did nothing and I've now been ghosted. I called the finance company to cancel the charge out from under them and ended up getting my unit repaired for 500$, whereas Dial One said it was going to cost at minimum 3600$ to repair. Absolute scammers and I feel disgusted letting them into my home. I used them for my water heater and had a up-selling experience trying to sell me more stuff that I don't need and their techs constantly trying to get me to do full replacements on units that just need maintenance. Ive cancelled all my recurring services and will never allow anyone I know to use them. Recent reviews are rough and its very clear that this company fell from ***** and other AC companies suggested I seek litigation if they tried to enforce the restocking fee on me.
