I am getting calls that I owe the company for shipment of Dream Lift. I have not received any shipments. I have ask for a written account of my shipments sent to my home address. I think if they have sent me shipments they could also send me a statement of account so we can settle this. They refuse to sent me a statement via mail but continue the calls. Last one received today 1/8/2024.Initial Complaint

Dream Lift had a free promotion for their face serum and eye serum back in 2021. I just had to pay shipping and handling. I placed an order for the free promotion November 2021 and paid $5.49 and $6.29 for shipping and handling for both products. I was aware that this was a subscription from reading the fine print. I recieved another order in January 2022. I didn't feel that the Dream Lift face serum and eye serum worked like what the company claimed. I called and cancelled my subscription in January 2022. I didn't receive a email to confirm the cancellation as I requested. The product was paid in full, and I didn't request a refund. A year and a half later, I'm receiving phone calls from a call center that claims they are calling on behalf of Dream Lift. Stating that I owe money, and my MasterCard on file is being declined. I was asked if the MasterCard was still active. I told them "no" and I wasn't going to give them any personal information because the subscription was cancelled over a year ago and I didn't owe any money because it was paid in full. I was threatened that they would report the balance owed to all three major credit bureaus. Again, I told them I wasn't going to give any personal information. That the subscription was cancelled and paid in full and there's no money owed. That this is fraudulent and a scam. This call center is bouncing off of ****** State area code ************************************ July 2023, I called back the 503 number and it belongs to a boat business. The call I got today August 2, 2023 was also from a 503 area code. I tried to call the numbers from the emails I got from ***************************************************************** to resolve this issue and to stop the harassing phone calls. But the calls I made to these numbers couldn't be completed as dialed. ************ and ************. These harassing and fraudulent phishing scams need to stop, and Dream Lift should be held accountable for negligent business practices.Initial Complaint

This company name and address came up when I put in Dream Lift. The person that called me said they were in ****************** **. The call came through a spoofed number ************. The person told me I signed up for auto ship, but my recollection is that it was an online purchase for a free trial - in October 2022, I believe the charge was **** for shipping. When I received it, it irritated my skin, so I called and cancelled - it was the first thing that I had seen that had that option. No one said I owed money. Nothing in the original ad said it was an auto ship. She told me to give it to someone it was not worth the cost to for them to pay to have it sent back. I have received nothing by email, phone or regular mail from them in 9 months. The person that called me yesterday was rude - told me if I didn't pay that they would ship the last 9 months of product and I would owe $800. She did not tell me what I "owed". I suggested that she send me a copy of my invoice. She said I needed to settle with her. That my credit card was declined when they put through the first cancellation. I don't know what credit card they had. I explained that I had not heard from them in the 9 months since this occurred. That if they had a problem they should have called. She told me that they had been calling for months. I said if you needed me and couldn't reach me why didn't you leave a message or send something to my address. We don't have your address - she had already read me my address as the place that the first order was shipped. She gave me the customer service number to cancel my "subscription". But if I didn't pay what I owed (which she never told me what that was) I would be sent to all 3 credit bureaus. I called ************ and spoke to a person that sounded exactly like the first person. She just yelled at me and told me that I owed them $90. And if I didn't pay right then, that she could not cancel my "subscription." She did finally hang up on me.Initial Complaint

I purchased two products from this company and was not satisfied with them. I was told to send them back and I would receive a refund. I explained to customer service that my debit card that I used for the purchase had been replaced with a new card and that the money could not go back to that card. I gave them my cell phone number to call me and I would give them my new card number. **************** insisted that the money would still go to my account. I checked with my bank and they said that it would not ,so I told them that. For the last two months Ive contacted them via email every week and every time they tell me that my refund was processed but it takes **** days to appear in my bank account. I keep reminding them that I have a different card number but they never call me to get the new number. They keep saying they are behind with their refunds and to please be patient but I dont think they are going to refund my money. They advertise a satisfaction guarantee but so far they havent honored it. This has gone on too long. Thank youInitial Complaint

Order #********AR I purchased the skin tag removal serum. As I applied it on my face, it left a burning sensation, as well as a rash. I reapplied despite that. This company advertises a 30-day money back guarantee policy. They offered me another bottle of the serum (I was shocked if Im being honest). Then offered me a 20% refund and said that I could keep their product. And finally said if I didnt accept either of those options, Id have to pay a $20 restocking fee and shipping costs. I only paid $35.34 for the product and shipping.Initial Complaint

08/14/2021 date purchased I purchased a trial. This product did not do what it said it would and I was still charged for the product. They have in small print that I am to call them which I did not see. They are not willing to drop the charges and forcing me to pay or they will send to collections as well as continue my "subscription" and charge me every month. This company has contacted me now, over a year later to follow-up with this.Initial Complaint

This business, Dream Lift, feels like a scam. They claim I ordered a free sample and had to pay shipping, they must have had some print in policies saying I would be on some sort of subscription. This was 2021 - one of their reps said Dec of 2021 and another said July of 2021. I haven't rec'd the products, they're using old address that I haven't lived since 2021. When they call, I ask for an email or mailed invoice since I don't want to give my credit card. They claim they already sent me emails and can't send more. I checked my email account and there are no emails from them. I ask them to take me off the subscription and they say the only way is if I pay the balance and I do not want to give them my credit card. I ask them to send me an invoice and I will mail them a check and they refuse and claim they sent 2021 invoices. I ask for an address for them so I can send them a check and a request to cancel my subscription and they claim they are an online company. I just asked the woman today for a website URL and she said it no longer exists since the free sample promotion was back in 2021. The woman I spoke to and then yelled at today says her name is ***************************** but the number on my cell says ***************************** ************. I was told the company was in ********* **** which seems to be incorrect. Supposedly I had a 14-day window to call them back in 2021 to cancel the subscription and now the only help they will give me is if I provide them with a payment on the phone. I just want to see proof of this invoice and I want a less risky way to pay. I am very hesitant to give out info on the phone to such a sketchy business that cannot sent a consumer an email or mailed invoice upon request. Not sure what I should do to get the harassing and unproductive calls to stop and a more productive provable way to invoice a consumer to happen. I want to clear the debt if it is legit and cancel the subscription and end the nightmare of dealing with Dream Lift.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for expedited shipping of the serum. It has been sitting at the post office since November 30. I talked to a person (once) and he was also concerned about the reason it was still sitting in the post office, but he tried to sell me something more and my credit card said it was scam and it would not process. Since then I called and there is never an answer, i called during their down time (even though it was not). This was a dream serum but I believe it it all a scam. Please help me seek a refund.Thank you.Initial Complaint

In October 2021, I signed up to receive a "trial" of skin care products and was only told I would have to pay shipping of $5.49. When I realized the following month that I had signed up for a subscription and my credit card was charged I immediately contacted this company to cancel. I had received no additional products nor have I received any emails stating any products were "pending shipment" or that my cc had declined the order. There was NO communication from this company that anything was attempting to mail to me or that my cc was going to be charged. I received a phone call today from someone alleging they were from this company and was told that I had to either "settle" my account by paying them $90 or I would be charged for the last 12 months of a subscription that I canceled in November 2021 because apparently when I called to CANCEL my subscription I had two subscriptions - one for each product. Why would I have not been told that on the phone when I contacted them to cancel in 2021. Why am I just NOW being contacted a year later demanding I pay them. This sounds like a scam to me for them to attempt to get money from people even after their subscription was canceled.
