On March 15, 2024, Intercontinental Solutions LLC entered into a Stipulated Order For Permanent Injunction, Monetary Relief, and Other Relief with the Federal Trade Commission. The Order settles allegations that the business participated in deceptive acts or practices in marketing and the sale of student loan debt relief services. Under terms of the Order, the business was ordered to ban from secured and unsecured debt relief products and services, ban from telemarketing, prohibit business activities, prohibit unsubstantiated claims, partial suspension, injunction relating to consumer financial information, and pay a monetary judgment in the amount of $7,403,445. The Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
