I paid 10% of my student loan debit to get student loan forgiveness. I was told that it would take three months to process the application. I was approved for the program. I thought everything was good until my student loan reach out to me saying that I owe a payment. They explain that they hadnt received any information from Student Loan & Savings. I tried reaching out to them. The telephone numbers are not in service. Beware of this company. Its not legit.Review from Connie B

Less than one star! I am very Disappointed in this company they stated that they could clear my student loans of my credit report and they are charging me $700 which I've paid six hundred and 25 and they are not being able to do what they said they would do!I want a refund but they have said NO!Review from Zaria Y.

They lied to me and told me at first I only had to pay $175 to get my student loans paid off, only for me to sign an agreement and provide my bank card information to tell me that I would have to pay 4 payments of $175 and then $19 monthly after till my loan is paid off. I told them that they did not explain that and I no longer want they service and they told me it was too late and I can't cancel, they also changed my Fasfa ID and Password. I canceled my bank card and that same day and they been calling me every month for payment, I refuse to pay them after I told them I have 3 kids and a single parent and can't afford that payment that the point of student forgiveness is to get my loan forgiven without me having to pay anything because obviously if I had the money to pay I would of paid my student loan off but I don't have the funds to do so. I blocked them since then. I do not recommend taking calls from Student loans and savings. They are scammers.Review from Miranda B

Student loans and savings told me they work for the department of education. They do not an have my card info, cell, an I think my social security #. I want all my information removed from their system. Please I need your help. They lied to me an I don't want them taking my money. I have 2 kids to support an they aren't going to help me with student loans like they said.
