              The delays and incompetence were unbelievable. In the interum, ability to contact any Rep at all, much less anyone with actual expertise or knowledge of my situation, was a real effort in futility.At one point, I learned the original Rep assigned to my account had, supposedly, left the company some time before. They said someone else would be assigned to my case. That meant virtually starting from scratch.Imagine you're in a hospital, waiting for a life-saviing procedure, Months later, and only after asking where-the-hell your doctor was, you were told he/she had quit months earlier.WHAT?!?"Don't worry. We'll get someone else to do the job. Of course, it will take a while to figure it out, so just hang in there."My particular returns were VERY straight forward and simple - I'd only had two sources, retirement and Social Security. Each year's income came to less than $35,000 (there were three separate years altogether). It took over two years and $1,500 (notice I didn't say, "... to resolve" my IRS filings). The next notice I received was from the **** itself. They pointed out an error; I would have to refile for each of those years. Speaking to an IRS Rep later, I mentioned who'd helped me. She said, "Oh, yes - THOSE people!"
