I could write a book about this company. This review will not do justice to how bad a scammer Alberto is. Net, net used ******** roadside assistance and they assigned Albertos. They were supposed to tow it about 7 miles to the dealer. Instead they disappeared with it. Took me ******** and The third party management company all day to confirm that my car was in their yard. Told me and them that they were closed for the holiday (it was now the 23rd) and to call back in January. Drove out to the yard, my car was there. Wouldn't give it to me, had one of his guys threaten to beat me up, had to call police. Took 3 hours working with very supportive police, ******** and the management company to get Alberto to allow another provider to take my car to the dealer. Too many lies to list here, tried to shake me down to pay him, told me he was just a dispatcher named ****, my keys were offsite, etc. I saw a video with him in it after I got my car back and then found out it was Alberto. He was either planning to steal my car or was going to maximize the tow and storage money from ********. Albertos towing as well as 3 other tow companies that were on his fence will be dropped from ********. Absolute 100% unethical jerk. Upon getting my car back, I found scratches on the paint and on my wheels that were not there previously.Business response

Im very disappointed in the response ray as I had told you On CHRISTMAS EVE that we are CLOSED and all of my staff has COVID you still managed too see me at my tow yard for the ten minutes that you were there I told you I would help you out in getting you car out, I never charged you a dollar you had me working on my day off and still helped you out and you still had the audacity to call the cops on me and make a big stink. Then you started shouting RACIST slurs to a guy that does not work here or is affiliated with our company is a construction independent contactor that was trying to leave the tow yard and you blocked him in calling him a ****** AND TRYING TO FIGHT HIM. AND THEN YOU CALLED THE **** TO SAY YOU WERE THREATHENED. I was the nicest I possible could of ha been to a customer I helped you out on my day out get your car out of here free of charge to you and never once did I threaten you or provoke you. Good luck in life ***** your gonna need all the help you can get.Customer response

This is literally a cut and paste from his yelp response to my review. I wrote the following update on yelp in response to his post:
Update: I can't resist doing an update based on Alberto's reply. #1- my car should never have been at your yard- I confirmed with your driver that he knew how to get to the dealer and have the work order from urgently, the roadside assistance company. This was a pre planned scam. #2- You have lost the urgently and ******** accounts based on my experience- you're welcome . #3- He still has Geico, so you folks with Geico beware. I am working on that too. :). #4-You can contact the ********** ********************* and ask about Albertos reputation. #5- Lol, you tried to charge me and took my credit card but then got scared when the police showed up and gave me my card back. #6- Your ***** threatened me, which urgently actually has on a recorded line as I was talking to them when I was accosted. #7- I will be picking up the police body cam footage and will be putting it up on a website so everyone can watch EXACTLY what happened. I will be back to post that link.
I 100% refute his claim. Urgently (the roadside assistance company) and ******** are aware of what happened to me and several other people, including Jona, who posted a review here. Alberto runs a recurring scam, where he doesn't deliver vehicles to the dealership as part of roadside assistance calls, but rather takes them to his yard, holds the cars hostage, maximizes the tow and storage fees and then tries to extort money from the customers as well. There are several reviews of this nature on yelp, and this can be corroborated with Jona as well. I have filed a police report with the ************** Police as well. That report number is: 22-01-0717. Albertos has lost the ******** and Urgently accounts as a result of my and other people's experience.
