****** is a very unprofessional person providing unprofessional customer service. Please use a different tow **mpany for your tow needs. My BMWs service light came on and my insurance **mpany chose this place to tow my car to the Mechanic, they tried to tell me I had a ** pay and my insurance **mpany even **ntacted his dispatch and driver and told them that I do not owe a **-pay that they are paying in full , he tried to charge me $15.44 for a ** pay! The total **** was $70.44 my insurance **vered the entire ****. He was trying to double dip and get additional money. He harassed and threatened me by saying he was going to **ntact **llections. ****** sent me text message while I was at work and **ntinued to harass me. I have text messages as proof. Please know your **nsumer rights, ****** cannot send you to **llections because there is a process. Its against the law to have a person **ntacting you for a debt on a cell phone if you tell them not to and to harass or threaten you. I **uld actually *** him for this. I **ntacted the attorney gerenals office and ******** financial protection and I am spreading the word on ALL social media. Please do the same. This is by far the worst place ever. Very unprofessional!! The person responsible for answering the phones would click on me when I'd call!! I tried getting my car out for 6 days and would not let me!! They held it hostage for over a week!! I do not recommend this towing company at all unless you want to get scammed!! Is that how you run a business? By stealing money from people? That's sad. Karma is real all I'm gonna say. They were suppose to pick up my car and take it to the dealership but for some reason these morons decided to put it in there storage for 7 days!! I ended up paying 700 to take it out. Everyone knows this place is a scam even the ***************** knows it. So many people have reported them already. Albertos towing makes other companies look bad but in reality companies like Blaires and Veterans are legit. Not these guys though. They deserve to be out of business.
