Wow worst experience possible. ******* who answered the phone has absolutely no compassion and just yells at you. She wouldn't even let me get a WORD OUT! I think its extremely unprofessional to treat customer like this. My BF even called and he was the most utterly respectful but she wouldn't even let him get a word out, she would just raise her voice. She states there is no one in upper chain in command to speak to her in regards to her but she says she took my name and number but I do not think that she is doing that. I really need to speak to someone higher up and have her be spoken too. There is in no way that someone should be in that position with so much hate and bitterness. I have been customer experience for quite some time and for her to just have absolute no basic communication skills or respect is just absolutely insane. The way they almost towed my bf car in less than a minute bc he left his car on and ran to the door to open it. The guy did this out of spite, no one leaves there car on with the door open and windows down to leave it for a while... the tow guy even said i thought it was offensive you did that. So what, you knew he RAN into the house and was going back to the car. They did this for money. this company is horrible. I have never delt with the WORST customer experience interaction in my entire life. I honestly pray for that women ******* because she really seems that she has a lot of struggles and bitterness in her heart. I told her I pray for her and god bless her. People like that truly need love and especially if you are working in customer experience you need to have compassion. Anyways we are still waiting for our receipt and we will continue to call until she sends it. This business needs new management or new front office/.reception staff. I am not sure what to do but if people see this please continue to make your reviews.

hello, this is ******* with sac towing. We run a business. obviously, we work for money. your car was in a fire lane. fire lanes are no parking ANY TIME for ANY amount of time. I only lost my temper with you after NUMEROUS explanations, which you refused to listen to and thought if you just kept repeating yourself i would give up. I never give up. I tried to email you a recpt, however the email you gave me was not valid. feel free to come in the office, show proof of ownership and a DL and i will happily write you up a reciept. have a lovely day, and bless your heart too.Review from John S

They have predatory prices. $255 for the tow, $70 per day storage, $30 for "labor", and $112 for the gate opening. $467 for a simple mistake. It doesn't matter though, all they care about is s******* the public with their disgusting habits.Review from Ray R

These people are amazing at carrying out and perpetrating illegal things such as fraud, theft, deception, violations of ********** vehicular code, California Penal code, California ********************** Code, Assembly Bill ****, and did I mention extortion and lying? The are also working in liason with the Santa *** ***************** who are also committing fraud and breaking laws they are supposed to uphold and have a duty of loyalty and care for the public. Police corruption detracts from the integrity of the police department and tarnishes the public image of law enforcement and robs poor innocent people of their hard earned money and protects criminal activity such as this fraudulent business. This place also engages in inaccurate or deceptive pricing, which is a criminal offense but they don't care because the police won't do anything to them. I will tell you who will though. Orange County District Attorney ***********************. Please report these people immediately if you have any problems.Review from James T

My friend had his car towed from ****** and ******* ******* parking lot while he was engaged in cameras at the laundromat located at the same premises they towed the car a half hour before the business closed when the police were contacted he was given the runaround sounds like a kickback in payments to the Pd They should have filed a stolen car reportReview from Desirae P

This has been the absolute worst customer service discrimination I have ever received . I received help from ******* that claims she is the manager of this company . First she was very rude to 2 customers in front of us degrading them for having a consular id saying In this country you can only use ********** id, my husband expressed that was a raciest comment then she got angry and asked us to leave the office and she will not help us that she is closed refusing to help in any way then saying she will help the first customers unless we leave ,words can not explain this womans actions and behavior toward us she even went further to have us leave the lot behind the fence calling us names and she made it difficult for us to pick up our car and she even made very racial discriminative and disrespectful name calling screaming shut up because we were defending ourselves being second generation Hispanic . we did call the police unfortunately they didnt show up and we tried to contact the manager she claimed she was the only manager in charge I will not recommend dealing with this business she was even laughing when we left . Bad customer service combined with an ignorant and unprofessional manager.Review from Jose A

They towed my car cause I was parked more than 4 hour as a customer they told me that management had call them so if they dont have an actual time of what time I went to the store how can they tow my car y want my money backReview from Karen R

absolutely predatory and dishonest. my friend got towed after leaving her car parked for about 2 hours. when we got back & realized her car was gone, we called the towing company. 1. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS 10 DIGITS!! they're obviously trying to get you to waste time and be dishonest. 2. when i called, they said to call back in about 10 minutes because they weren't sure which location the car would be towed to. (CAR HADNT EVEN ARRIVED TO THE *** YARD)3. I called again about 5 minutes later and the dumb girl put me on hold. then my friend called & dumb girl answered right away!! she said car had just gotten to the santa *** location.4. my friend had to pay $415 for the car which was in their lot for approx. 15 minutes.5. HER LEFT FRONT TIRE HAD A BIG A** NAIL IN IT! the check engine service light and her tire pressure signs were lit up on her dashboard. This company is an unethical towing company. I left my car in the shopping plaza while I walked around to the other stores within that same plaza and my car was towed. Once I arrived to the towing place, the employees were rude and not professional. One employee by the name of ********** was rude and didn't know how to explain all of the charges they were charging. In addition, my car was towed more than 10 miles than the legal amount. This place is know to tow cars illegally.
