      I purchased a used car from OC Carz in 09/2022, persuaded by **** that the restocking fee of the warranty wasnt worth it. Upon receiving the car, I drove it 20 miles from ************ to **, & the check engine light came on before I got home. A mechanic diagnosed an issue with the turbo engine, which I had specifically asked **** about at the beginning b/c my previous car had that problem. **** assured me that in his 20 yrs of experience w/ Acura, he had never seen turbo issues.**** blamed the problem on me using regular gas instead of premium, which he had not informed me was needed. An Acura dealer confirmed 20 miles on regular gas wouldn't cause such damage, indicating the issue was pre-existing. I had to push **** to tow my car to his mechanic upon his request, who installed a new turbo. **** promised to reimburse my Uber fare to pick up the car but never did. He was rude, claiming he was helping out of goodwill.A few months later, more issues. My mechanic found the hoses weren't properly reattached after the turbo replacement. After fixing that, the check engine light came on again. A full diagnostic revealed the turbo engine was the issue. **** was unhelpful, claiming the warranty for the part had expired, and I received no updates or proof of contact with the manufacturer despite my requests.Though I bought the car "as-is," I did so under the assurance that there were no turbo issues. **** sold me a car with undisclosed pre-existing problems and then had it "fixed" with a faulty turbo, not restoring the car to the condition I believed I was purchasing. Now, I cannot update my car registration as it won't pass a smog test, and replacing the turbo costs at least $6,000. Additionally, **** was unprofessional from the start, prioritizing his schedule over mine and being generally rude. During the test drive, an employee brought a kitten along and discouraged me from driving on fast streets, which was crucial for detecting any acceleration-related noises.

      Contacted all credit bureaus and nobody has done anything to remove this from my credit report cuz I never gave any authority or anyone or any permission to open or run my account I would like remove from my credit report I have disputed millions of times 11 /26/22 12/26/24
