I ordered a sample eye cream called ****** through ******** and paid shipping for the item on Dec 28. I didn't see anything about future charges because I looked as I was checking out. Today, 1/12/22 I noticed a pending charge for ******. I called the # given on the charge ************ and was told that by not calling to cancel within 14 days I automatically agreed to a month subscription at that amount. This was also not stated in any paperwork that came with the product. The rep told me there were no refunds and it was clearly stated in the terms and conditions. He said he would cancel my order and I SHOULD be prevented from further charges. I said I wanted confirmation of no further charges and he said I had been cancelled and he had sent me an email. It's been 7 hours and I have yet to receive an email. There is no website to actually order the product from under the name of the eye cream nor the name that appears on the charge and when you search the eye cream on ******** and click on "shop the website" it takes you to another website that isn't related to the product. If I haven't received an email by now, clearly it's a scam. I have no guarantees of future charges and my bank says disputing the charge probably won't yield any results since I agreed to the original charge. They clearly are not legit or the terms would have been laid out for me to see when checking out. I want my money back and a guarantee of no further charges.
