On 8/7/24 I purchased product online from Vogue for 7-9 day shipping and immediately recieved emailed confirmation from them along with the order number (**********). The full $115 payment to Vogue did successfully come off my credit card right away. Still over a month later I've recieved no updates, no product, and no reponses to my requests to get an update on why I haven't received the product or at least an update about what's happening with it (the online status still shows "processing" and has not changed). I called twice in ****** (and again today( & left detailed voicemails which the recording advised would be responded to in 24 hours but no response. I've emailed twice with no reponse. Their only communication to me has been a "did you have your eye on this" email mid ****** soliciting me to purchase the very same item I had already ordered and paid for on 8/7/24 and never received. I'd like delivery of the exact item I ordered, or a full refund. Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed an order last year on September and returned one of the items which they said I could use as a credit for my next order. I placed an order in May or June this year. I received the items but they were not the right color. Returned the items and a they have received them as verified through tracking. Waited for my refund and was told it takes a month to process. Still nothing and then was told its being processed through their accounting and legal department. Now September this year I have still not received a refund. I have emailed called and there is only a voice mail that says they will respond but never do. Very disappointing and sad. I can see my situation is not an isolated one. Happening a lot. Their website is still up and able to take more orders to unsuspecting customers.Initial Complaint

Ordered a wig In June. After a time the order was cancelled. I was told I would receive a credit and as of August, I have not received it. I have called and sent emails numerous times but, I have heard nothing back from them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a wig on line in June, 2024 and returned it on 06/27/2024. I signed a "wigscription" form indicating a 100% refund for store credit. The wig that I returned was not taken from the box because the color was wrong. I never tried it on. I have contacted Vogue a number of times and wrote a letter to them. They have not responded. The price of the wig was $160.80. Please help.Initial Complaint

I purchased two wigs from Vogue Wigs. They did not send them for months, so I called them. They said they ran out of that type because they had limited stock, so I said I would buy them from a different company. They said they would refund me immediately, but they never sent me my refund. I called and wrote and left messages and called and wrote again, over and over again. I left messages explaining, but they never replied. In the past I had worked with this company and they always came through. They had never taken money off of my credit card in the past until they had actually shipped my wigs, but this time they took the money out the same day and never sent me the wigs. I became suspicious and then when I looked on the BBB web site, I saw that this has happened to many other people with Vogue wigs. Apparently they are taking people's money but not shipping the product and then they never respond. I would like to get my ****** back. I am a 71 year old teacher and I am working long after I should have retired. Every ***** counts and this is just wrong. They should not be allowed to get away with this.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase with Vogue Wigs on July 6, 2024 in the amount of $247.13 for a wig advertised on their website as in stock and ready to ship. Two days later I received an email stating the order was canceled because it was discontinued, and a refund was being processed to my credit card. I never received the refund. Transaction occurred on July 26, 2024. I ordered a wig from Vogue Wigs. I then called back to cancel the order (order number **********). I received an email from Sales Representatives ********** confirming my order was in the process of cancellation and a refund amount of $426.45 was proceeding. She also stated the company was going out of business and it would take some time before I received it. Today is August 23rd and I have not received my refund which is sad because the order was immediately cancelled and I never received the wigs as a result. I have emailed and called inquiring about the refund status to no avail.Initial Complaint

Ordered a wig in May 2024. Called within 30 days of purchase for a return label. Requested refund minus restocking fee. **************** was very helpful. Emailed me the label right away and I shipped the be product back in all original packaging and box. It has been 60 days and no refund. The phone numbers and emails are not answered. Phone numbers ************** and ************** go right to voice mails. No calls are returned.I have all the documents and tracking number but system says image too big to upload.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Vogue Wigs. My account was charged. I never received the product. I contacted their customer service via email. They responded that the manufacturer was behind and they (Vogue Wigs) were waiting to receive their order from the manufacturer so they could fill my order. A few weeks later I reached out again, via email. A different representative responded and said we apologize for the delay but they were still waiting on the manufacturer. I was offered express delivery when the product came in, by the customer representative. I have attempted to contact them through email and telephone since then (6/25/24) but have been unable to elicit a response.
