      I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2020. In **************************************** to loose all of my hair due to chemotherapy and radiation. I have tried wigs from dozens of companies. The wigs from Vogue Wigs make me feel and look like myself. They make me feel normal. I have placed multiple orders from this company, just this year, I have placed 4 orders March 16 for 2 wigs, April 29 for 1 wig (all of which fell apart and had to be thrown away). Then on July 17 I ordered 2 wigs, one started falling apart only after a few short weeks. The seams were showing, it was loosing hair, one of the clasps were broke (this is what happened to all the wigs). I decided I would contact the company this time for resolution. When I contacted the company they would not replace the wig due to exceeding 14 days, and having been worn. Well no kidding, I have no hair. That is why I buy wigs, not for luxury, these are necessity. They only offered me $122.85 off of 1 wig. Which I did order another wig, and indeed, this wig is falling apart. All of these wigs that have been purchased cost $230 each. I do not wear these wigs everyday, rotate, am very delicate with them, there are no kids in the home playing with them, and do I not use hairspray. So of the 6 wigs I have only 1 wig that is usable. I do not understand why these are not holding up. What I would like is 2 replacement wigs.

      I purchased a human hair hairpiece for $415,64 but the color was not right for me . I returned the item in a couple days by *** and paid for shipping . My refund has to be in full but company refund me just $335.05. This company ripped off money from clients . I attached my invoice and letter from voguewigs that they will refund $335.05 My phone # ****)******** Thank you !

      Hello Ala, 

      We do apologize that you are upset with your refund amount. We see that you asked for a refund back to the original payment method, with this option selected it does show that there is a 15% restocking fee. Our return policy stating this fee is presented on our website multiple times. It is located under ever item, it is located under store policy, under returns/ exchanges and located on the return form that was sent to you. Also stated on our return form is the $10.00 fee that is deducted when using the return label. When doing a refund we go based on the item cost that you paid which was $405.94, not ****** since the original shipping cost isn't refundable with returns. Per the attachment you provide from the email sent by our representative ****** you were refunded the correct amount.

      On September 26, 2021, I ordered a product from this company and paid extra for the 2-3 day delivery they promised. They confirmed the order and after much discourse, they created a shipping label last Thursday or Friday. When I engaged the **** Tracking number, the portal indicates they are waiting for the item to be shipped. Vogue adamantly refuses to ship the package, and I can only surmise the company is a scam, and I believe they have stolen my funds. I have attached the tracking number to validate their refusal to ship the package.

      We have looked into your order that was placed on September 26,2021, every order does have a processing time followed by the shipping method selected. Looking at the shipping choice selected it would our **** shipping which does take 5-8 business days for you to receive. Unfortunately, we do not have control when there is a delay with ****. We do see the order was shipped out on 10-01-2021 and is currently in transit to you. We have responded to other emails that you have sent to your customer support team that have provided you with your tracking and updates with your order. You should receive this order by tomorrow 10-07-2021 by the end of the day. We do apologize for the delay that **** had with your tracking and them not having it scanned into there system quick enough, they are currently having some delays still. We thank you for your patience and we will attach a photo with the updated tracking for you.
