      Ordered this and never received a confirmation email so I contacted business after 3 days. I also realized that the product I ordered was not on their website and there was not a social media page I could find. When I spoke to a representative he was very condescending and each time I called back it was always the same person answering and was told there was no upper management available. I became suspicious and emailed them. Once I googled them I came across other complaints and realized this is a fraudulent company.

      I order a product from them in the amount of $23.94 in June 2024, they have since charged my credit card $29.97 for the months of July and August without my consent. I did not subscribe to anything when placing my order so these additional multiple charges are fraudulent.

      I purchased and received the product from Lady Lumins several months ago. I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. Luckily, my bank detected the fraud, denied the transaction, and canceled my debit card. I woke up this morning to another fraud alert from my bank regarding Lady Lumins! They are now charging my new debit card. How did they get the number? How do I stop this?

      I didn't receive the product I ordered. The order was placed July 27, 2024. According to the advertisement, i would received my order within 7 to 14 days. A of today, August 15th, 2024. I still haven't received my order. Ladylumious did received my payment (bank transaction # is attached).

      They use very deceptively ad to get you to purchase a hair oil for $1.00 then every month they charge your card for $29.97. I did not sign up for that and they keep charging my card even though I told them to stop. They have charged me $29.97 for the past 2 months, after I paid the $5.00 total of my order

      On 6/30/24, I placed an order for hair oil for 13.94 from Lady Luminous on Facebook marketing ad. The company debit my card for the amount for the oil. In a couple days I never received email from the company about receipt of purchase and delivery information. On 7/7/24, I called the company at ###-###-#### to find out about my recent purchase for the hair oil. Whoever customer service was on the phone gave me a tracking number of the order LJ*********75243. Did not give any additional information how to track my order. I was told my order will take 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, I thought this was a legitimate company. I never received my order. I went on BBB and saw Lady Luminous is a fraudulent company.
