      I purchased the Hello Kitty hoodie for $88. It arrived too small and was not true to the advertised image. On the website: You can see in the image taken from HitJacket website, that the eyes on the hood are stitched on. The sweatshirt that we received the eyes are printed on. You can see in the image taken from HitJacket website, that there is the brand logo on the cuff of one of the sleeves. The sweatshirt that we received there is no logo on the cuff. You can see in the image taken from HitJacket website, that the letters on the back of the hood are also stitched on. The sweatshirt that we received the letters are printed on. They are offering to give me 30% back. It's criminal that these businesses are allowed to scam people with no accountability. This company is horrible and sell bad knock-off items. DO NOT purchase from them.

      I paid $150 for a Chicago Bulls jacket & it came spelled CIHCAGO. Utterly ridiculous & unwearable. Now I’m out $150 unless I want to pay the $75 to ship it back to China & Hit Jackets gets off Scott Free by PayPal because technically they will accept the return, I just have to pay for it.

      We paid $157 for a coat for my wife. They charged our credit card $252 and then sent the wrong size coat. Upon calling them and speaking to the customer service manager he wanted to charge us a 30% restocking fee for them sending us the wrong coat. They also would not fix the billing error

      On March 30, 2022 I ordered a leather vest from Hitjacket for $124. I received a cheap jacket instead. Hitjacket said that my vest was sent to a customer in Sweden and I received their jacket. Hitjacket requested that I send the jacket that I received to the customer in Sweden and they would refund the shipping cost after I send them proof of shipping cost. I did send proof the next day. The customer in Sweden was suppose to send me my vest. The jacket that I sent to Sweden was "Refused" and returned to me. Hitjacket still refuses to refund the shipping cost of $42.60 that I am out. I just want the refund they promised, or my leather vest and will return their jacket, if they send me a shipping label. Paypal has refunded me the original price that I paid, $124., but I am still out $42.60 that they promised to pay for shipping the jacket to Sweden. I will pay any difference owed for the vest. I have all of the emails between Hitjacket.com and myself to substantiate all of this.

      I ordered a jacket from Hit Jacket on February 6, 2022. The location on the website showed that it was a company from California. Since the jacket was a piece of junk and too small for my son, on 2/18/22, I asked about how I would go about getting a refund on the jacket. Since the jacket actually came from Pakistan and not California, they suggested I take a 20% partial refund and keep the jacket since shipping would probably cost 50% of the actual price of the jacket. I declined this offer and suggested a larger refund which they would not agree to. They did send me a address to send it to Karachi and I requested an American address since they are shown as a company in California. On February 20, they sent me an address in Florida and required that I provide the tracking information when I shipped it. On March 2, I brought the package to my local post office and mailed it to an address in Winter Park, Florida. They received the package on March 10 and forwarded the details to their finance department to refund in 7 to 9 working days. On March 26 we checked our Visa statement and there was still no credit. They responded on March 26 and said there was a delay but now the process will take another 3 to 5 days. I let some time go by and on Monday, April 18 I asked again about the credit and their reply was that the delay was due to “human systematic error and they had refunded the wrong order and was in touch with the other client for over a week to get that reversed”. They then said again my card would be credited. Again on April 18 I responded and said I wanted that credit on that day. On April 19 there was still no credit and on April 22 there was still no credit and then they stopped replying to my emails.

      They selling counterfeit products online and refused to give a refund when you find out they are selling fake stuff

      As per the discussion with the buyer, he don't want to continue with the order so as per his request we canceled the order and gave him the deadline for the refund. Moreover, our policies are also mentioned on our website

      I am rejecting this response because:I ordered whit them Long before my daughter birthday,and like days before the birthday I started trying to get in contact whit them by email to see why they haven’t shipped or even send my a tracking number,day aftery received a email from them saying my order was on production,How they are manufacturing GAP products on their own
