I paid Wright and Feusier Orthodontics in Santa Barbara over 4 thousand dollars for invisalign/teeth straightening treatment and they refuse to finish the end of the treatment or issue me a partial refund. I don't know the exact amount that was paid because they refused to tell me. But now I have to go pay another orthodontist to finish their job and I believe I'm owed a partial refund in order to pay the new one. They admitted that the full treatment was not done but refuse to issue a partial refund. They also tried to lie on the phone saying that it's because I refused to finish treatment as reason for terminating it early and not giving me a partial refund. But that is not true. They have very poor communication in that office so I'm not surprised if this is what was told to the front desk. There's always a different front desk person answering the phone with a different story. We've had to go in so many times just to fix things they've messed up along the way. This whole treatment has been extremely stressful with them. I told them I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau if they refuse to issue a partial refund for not completing the treatment I paid for. I am seeking a partial refund in order to pay the new orthodontist to finish the work they have not completed. They did about 95% of the treatment and refuse to do the last 5%. Since I do not currently have trays that are fitted to my teeth unfortunately my teeth will move back to how they were before treatment and the whole process will be undone.
