    Customer Complaint:
    The BBB has received complaints from consumers who invested in the businesses campaign on Kickstarter for a product called Hitch.  The complaints are mostly of similar verbiage stating that they invested and have not received the product.  The business has responded to the BBB and stated that they had some issues in production, but are currently in the process of shipping to more than 15,000 consumers.

      I order a water bottle from Carry Hitch 4/24. I was informed it was on back order and I would have it in 2 months. It is 9/4 and I have not received the bottle. I have emailed, [email protected], the company many times asking for an update and a refund. No one reply’s back to the emails. It is the only way to contact the company. There are multiple complaints like mine.

      Back in April 2024 I did a pre-order #H-124197 with Hitch Carry Cups. It was suppose to ship out June/July. Mind you this was supposed to be a gift for someone. I received an emails letting me in May 2024 and July 2024, stating it'll be another 90 day wait. Since then I have sent multiple emails and facebook messages originally asking for update and then asking for a refund since no response to any of my emails/messages sent. Emails were sent out on 7/18/2024 and 8/6/2024, Facebook messages were sent out 8/12/2024 and then again on 8/23/2024. As of today 9/3/2024 I have received no response to any of my emails and messages. I would just like a refund on $76.99 returned at this point, sooner rather than later.

      I ordered this product in April and have received two emails saying that shipping was delayed. I have contacted the seller three times, including following their "prompt" that they make you do to even get them to read the email and they have not responded. I have read so many complaints about customers not getting even one or two of the products and I ordered 65 so I feel there is no chance I will get what I ordered and I want my money refunded to my credit card. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

      Ordered a water bottle on February 21, 2024, expected to ship in mid-March. There have been several delays and supply shortages from which I was promised a cash refund, but as of today, August 19, 2024, I have not received the bottle, the accessories, the promised refund, nor an update since May 16 when they told me they expected the product to ship in the next 60-90 days (which was already two months late back in May).

      On May 18th I pre-ordered a HITCH cup. Website stated that cups would ship July 31st. It is now August 16th and there has been no order status updates, no shipping information, and no response to multiple emails I sent to customer service. I have no idea when I will receive my purchase and I don't have $76.99 to give away. Where is my cup? If I am not going to get a cub in August where's my money?

      I had ordered the Hitch bottle for my husband for his birthday in April 2024, and was told it would ship in May. I have followed up several times, with zero response from the business. All I want is to know if my bottle is coming, when its coming, and if not to cancel the order with a full refund immediately.

      I ordered a Carry Hitch bottle and cup product on 5/28/24 for a total of 67.99. It is now 8/12/24 and I still have not received the product. I have reached out multiple times requesting a status update with no response. I have also at this time requested that my order be canceled and a full refund be provided. Again, I have yet to receive a response. The order tracking shows no update and is still in processing.

      On 5/7/24, I purchased a Bottle & Cup for a total price of $67.99. On 5/29, I received an update that my order would not be shipping for 60-90 days and if additional assistance was needed. Between 5/31 and 8/11 I have sent 6 additional correspondences via email, all of which received and automated reply and a prompt to simply reply if additional assistance is needed.

      Ordered the bottle In April, 2024. Contacted late May to find out where my bottle was. Was told I would have it late June/earlyJuly. I have not received it. I have sent 3 subsequent emails with no response.

      In April I ordered a cup from carryhitch.com. I didn't know that this was a pre-order because it had an estimated delivery window. After about 3 weeks I emailed them to get a status update. I was told this was a pre-order and would arrive in late June or early July. Then on May 30th they send an email saying it will be 60-90 days. On July 14th I requested a refund and got no response. Then on July 18th I get another email saying it'll be 60-90 days before the product ships. I responded on July 24th requesting a refund again. After reading about so many similar situations and hearing that others have been waiting for over 2 years, I have no faith that I'll ever receive the product and I'd like my money refunded.
