Hi Better Business Bureau, I've just made an attempt to make a payment of USD $ 230.20 to my dentist. My dentist is using PayJunction as the payment merchant. PayJunction stated that my card is declined but my payment went through. I realised that PayJunction has charged me the amount of USD $230.20 four times according to my Citibank credit card statement. Could you help me look into this? Thanks Appreciate your assistance. Thank you for submitting your issue. The charges to your card are most likely authorizations that will drop off. If they do you you can call the 800 number of the back of the card to work with your bank on the issue.
