            Never refunded me and never responded. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered two items and only received half my order and way outside the expedited delivery window I paid extra for. Their custoMer service never responded to phone calls or emails and after 2 weeks of trying I filed a dispute with my credit card company and then of course they magically became responsive. They said they would refund me in full when they received the item back and sent me a return label. They now have the item back and after a month of trying via email i have not received a response and have not been refunded. Frustrated and out $267. RUN

            We do apologize for the delay in response initially, on the sales receipt included in the partial shipment, it showed the other item was a preorder and the ship date was noted on it as well. When the dispute was filed, our credit card processor started an investigation, this can take up to 75 days, it is still under review as we have repeatedly given this information. Once we receive their decision, the money will be available for us to issue the refund as we noted as well. Unfortunately, when a dispute is filed, we dont have the option, until it is completed. As soon as we receive the update, we will issue the refund.
