      Worst experience ever! My dresses were lost via UPS they refused to give me credit a month later a they are waiting for money from UPS but the claim was approved via UPS. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Meanwhile I got another dress that didn't fit returned it and ordered another one as formal dresses vary in size and that one didn't fit so I tried returning it for another one and they said store credit can only be used one time. Moral of the story is don't buy from here unless you have tried the dress on elsewhere and know exactly how it fits! I think honestly its a scam of some kind!

      SCAM BUYER BEWARE Ordered two sizes for the same dress for my 97yo mother as we were afraid for the time factor as the wedding is in April 2025. They didn’t fit and I processed the return immediately. Their directions to return were laborious and ridiculous (photos for front and back of labels). They are taking weeks for “inspection” of the dresses. I receive emails updating me daily that the dresses are being inspected. Then I get an email about store credit that will be applied after the inspection shows they are in good condition. I am not expecting CREDIT but a REFUND. Being my sister is helping my mom as well to find her dress. She ordered 2 more sizes of another dress when she found out the ones I got weren’t good for mom, They don’t allow refunds with returns just a store credit. Now we have 4 dresses and a store credit of over $3000 to use in 6 mos! This company is unprofessional, a joke at every level and very much scamming everyone and not informing the customer of their strict policy UPFRONT during the call made to place the order. We are engaging our bank to place a dispute but the joy of the granddaughter’s wedding is now the pain of all this hassle and money burned and no dress found. Only extreme aggravation.

However, our return policies, terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website. These policies are in place to protect both our customers and the company, ensuring that any resolution is handled fairly and reasonably.

      Following our review of your complaint, we note that you have agreed to our monetary refund offer, which includes a 20% restocking fee and the original freight handling cost for order no. 11***8, 11**38 & 1***37. 

      We would like to inform you that the refund process is currently in progress.

      It doesn't match the picture on the website, and some strings have already come loose from the dress. I'm planning to return it.

      Our findings indicate that the dress you received is correct, and there is no damaged, as confirmed by the photos shared with us.

      Additionally, please note that this dress was final sale item and, as per our store policy, is non - returnable.

      We understand that this may be dissapointing, and we sincerly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 10% rebate on your purchase price that you  can add to use for the dress alteration.

      Trick you into store credit instead of actual refunds. We returned a dress for full refund to my credit card but they decided instead of that they would give store credit. We have started a fraud claim with our bank and will be fighting these shady practices.

      I purchased 2 identical dresses on August 27, 2024 for $3321. I received the dresses on 9/4 and requested a return label the same day to return both dresses. I received the return instructions on 9/9 and returned the order on 9/10, complete with pictures of the dresses, front, back and labels. I was also instructed to send copies of the shipping labels and to pay for the shipping ($200). Couture Candy informed me that the dresses were received on 9/12 and the money will be returned after the inspection. As of today 10/2/2024, no money was returned.
