      I signed up for the $1 trial and cancelled the subscription within 2 hours of signing up for it so I wouldn't get charged for any monthly subscriptions. I have been getting the monthly reoccurring payment for two months now. I disputed the first one, and now today I see it again a month later. I don't remember my password, so I keep requesting to reset my password and get no email to do it (conveniently for them). My ideal resolution would be for the subscription to be cancelled and to have my credit card information removed.

      I refused to give my credit card number to this company again in order to get my full refund. They pulled up my account which has the card number used. There is no reason to supply my card number again. I expect a full refund to the information they have on file!

      I went on lookdataup.com to search someone up for $1 and they charged me $68.22 without my authorization and when I called I called to get a refund they said they would look into it. They never said they were taking more money out

      Please be informed that you created an account with us last July 5, 2023 at 7:05:20 PM for our $1 Trial Membership for People Search Services which is only good for 3 days. Our Terms of Service clearly states that the account will renew automatically unless you call our toll-free number to cancel your membership.

      We received email last July 8, 2023 at 11:4:14 AM that you want to cancel the account and we replied to you that you need to give us a call since the cancellation can only be done through the phone. And on the same day we received a call at 11:6:45 AM and you spoke to one of our representative asking about the unauthorized charge and you want a refund. On that call our representative inform you that you need to call back for the refund since the charge is not yet reflected on our system and since then we didnt receive any call.  

      However, for onetime courtesy we process a refund of $68.22 back to your account. Here is the reference number of the refund Ref# **********. And this amount will be reflected back into your account within the next three to five business days.Your account with us is already cancelled as of July 11, 2023 1:19:04 PM. Services can no longer be used; rest assured there will be no more further charges on the account. Email notification will be sent within 24hrs regarding the cancellation and refund.

      I have no idea what this company is and never agreed to any ***** charge to my account. I had to shut my account down and get a new one due to this scam and fraud on my account which delays me from being able to use my business account. This company needs to be shut down! Especially looking at the reviews online and the fact that they have done this with numerous other people. How are they still able to operate?

      Please be informed that you created an account with us last March 18, 2023 9:50:57 AM for our $1 Trial Membership for Unlimited Assets Search Service which is only good for 3 days. Our Terms of Service clearly states that the account will renew automatically after the 3-day trial ends unless you call our toll-free number to cancel your membership. However,there are no records that you called during your trail period, that's why it renewed automatically to our Monthly Membership fee of $68.22 last March 21,2023 at 10:07:45 AM, and the account is still active and valid until April 21, 2023.


      However, we processed the cancellation of the account as of March 27, 2023 with the cancellation reference number of ******** and also we processed a refund for one time courtesy of ($68.22) with refund reference number **********  rest assured there will be no more further charges on the account. Two separate email notification will be sent within 24hrs regarding the cancellation and refund of this account. This amount will be reflected back to your account within the next 3-5 business days.

      I used this site although it's a scam really and didn't go to lookdataup.com it went to people search and they charged my Capitol one credit card 25 dollars another 25 dollars then 60 something dollars its a complete scam

      We received several email last January 3, 2023, 11:5:22 PM and January 14, 2023, 10:20:04 PM that you want to cancel the account and ask for a refund and we also replied to you that you need to give us a call since the cancellation can only be done through the phone.

      However, there is no record that you called, that's why it renewed automatically to our promotional Monthly Membership fee of $16.80 last January 14, 2023 at 11:21:04 AM.

      Nevertheless, we already processed the cancellation on the account as well as the refund. Services can no longer be used; rest assured there will be no more further charges on the account. Two separate email notification will be sent within 24hrs regarding the cancellation and the total refund of $29.75. Here is the cancellation reference # ******** and the refund reference # ($16.80) 7973564598, ($12.95) 7942182274. This amount will be reflected back to your account within the next 3-5 business days.

      I have never signed up for this company and not even sure how they got my credit card information. They have taken 2 different amounts since November 2022. One December 12 for $68.22 and November 14 for $42.70.

      I signed up for a $1.00 trial on 10-22-22. Today 1-23-22 I noticed a $9.95 charge on my bank account. I cannot find where to cancel my membership.

      I signed up for a one day trial on oct 14 2022 I made sure I wouldn't be charged after the one day but few days later I was charged 69.95 few days later charged another 9.95 I just want my money back that they took all they should have taken was 1dollar

      On the 25th of August lookdataup.com took $68.22 from my account. On August 21st I did use their 1 dollar for the day look up. I read over all disclaimers to make sure that it wasn't just a free trial, it said it was 1 time only, no commitment, 3 days later I am charged 68.22 how do I get my money back? Wow I just noticed they charged me $9.99 the same day as the dollar they took me for $79.21. scams

      They started trying to make charges to my cash app card. On July 5 2022 they were successful and charged $28. They even tried again today. I have spoken to someone with the company and they apologized to me and said they'd debit my account back but never have yet. On the BBB website it shows this company as a storage facility in California and not even in business anymore.
