Cambridge Management Company sold the ************ Apartment property to Woodmont real estate Services in May 2023. The ************ Apartment website was down by end of May 2023. THe new management notice was given to us on May 23rd, 2023. However, I was charged June 2023 month's rent by Cambridge Management Company on my card which was set in the website which was down in May month so I could not remove it. My card was charged on Jun 5th, 2023 by the old management(Cambridge Management Company). Later the new Mangement(Woodmont real estate Services) asked me to pay the rent as they had not received the money from the old management. So, for the same unit I paid the Jun'23 month's rent twice also I was charged a late fee by the new management becaus eof this confusion, which they mentioned will waive off.This has happened not just to me but other tenants as well living in the property(Confirmed by the Property manager).Initial Complaint

Dear ***/*****,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the management of the ************* Apartment (******************************************************), which was previously under the management of Cambridge Management Company(*************************************************************************) until May 2023. However, in May 2023, there was an abrupt change in the management company, and this transition has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.Prior to this change, I had already made the payment for the month of June through online means. However, the new management company claims that they did not have any rental-related handover with Cambridge Management Company and demands that I make the payment again. I am extremely confused and disappointed by this situation, as I have already made the rental payment on time, and I expected my payment information to be communicated and handled correctly.Given the significance of this matter, I immediately reached out to Cambridge Management Company in May 2023, explaining my situation. At that time, they promised to respond and provide a resolution. However, two months have passed, and I have not received any reply from your company. This lack of response and indifference to my concerns has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.As a loyal tenant, I believe that I am entitled to prompt and appropriate service and support. However, so far, I have been greatly let down by the management situation at ************* Apartment. Not only have I faced the inconvenience of paying twice, but I am also disappointed by the irresponsible and unprofessional behavior displayed by the new management company.I hereby request that Cambridge Management Company promptly refund the amount of $2293.07, which I have paid. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights.I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter in a positive and cooperative manner. If a timely and satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will be compelled to explore alternative avenues to safeguard my interests.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to receiving your prompt response.Yours sincerely,Qiumeng He
