  -- I have been dealing with Amazon Digital Publishing Editor, ***************************, since July 2023 -- I have paid ADP around $3000 for publishing and another >$1000 for copies of a previous book that I had published with Amazon, but I never got the copies paid for.-- ADP PROMISED to publish my book STOLEN. I had received the first Draft Galley Copy and Pictures of the Front and Back Cover along with a Publishing Number 501(c) ********* -- Despite Multiple Efforts, I have NOT been able to reach *************************** or Anyone Else at ADP for MONTHS!!! When I call their number, a recording says they cannot be reached!!! I have gotten no response from my emails.-- I have NOT heard from ADP, but the matter can be easily Resolved by their PUBLISHING my book, STOLEN, ASAP -- the Library of Congress Number is 501(c) ********* for which there is also a Bar Code -- No Advertising is involved at this time I simply Need ADP to CALL ME ASAP to discuss how quickly they can finish Publishing STOLEN

  Feb 28, 2023 I wrote a book named, ************** I sent it to Amazon Publishing Labs to publish after I had spoken to their Salesman. I asked the amount it would cost? I was to receive an editing, ********************************** program for $2,450.00. The Copy Right would be mine it belongs to **** would have a consultant to assist me in whatever I needed done. I agreed with it. The Consultant charged me another $3,000 for ISBN # & other things I needed. I had 2 asst. *********** They couldn't spell. I had to correct their spelling. Wrong names under pictures, I had a former student who had passed away & they had answers to a quiz I used to give my students under his picture! I designed the cover. I got to a 3rd agent. that did a good job. If I wanted to do another 6 mons. for Marketing it would cost me another $6,000. I told him I wanted to see the book before it went to the Publishers. They sent it to the Publishing before I saw it. I was supposed to get *********************** ******** did not receive them. On the 25th of May I personally ordered a copy for myself. It was the book that was before we had corrected all the mistakes. The pictures were distorted & scrunched. Misspelling of names. It was terrible. I never received a copy of the contract that the extra $6,000 was for. They were charging me $8.00 to publish each ******** have not received one cent of royalties. I want a refund of the $12,000 & my book back. Communicate was terrible they did not return calls & were always in meetings.

  I contacted amazon publishing labs on Feb. 8th 2023. I payed them $650 to publish a children book I wrote. I told them I have all the text, cover and pictures. They told me they could publish the book, advertise it on 3 different platforms and and assign a ISBN number. I asked if they will do all that for $650. They said yes. I sent them $650 on my credit card. Then ***************************** gave me the project managers phone # to start the process. I called, talked to a man named ******. I asked if I could mail the the book to him. He agreed. I mailed it to the address they provided. They lost it said they did not receive it. I gave him the tracking #. He called back said he found it. I asked him questions about the cover I had done. He could not answer them. I don:t believe he ever found the book. I called back, ****** was now gone, I spoke with *******************************. ******* said ****** is now sick, unknown when he will be back. I told him to get the copy of my book from him. He told me he is sick and not answering his phone. He said he will do the publishing if I could Fax it to him. I faxed it to him. He received it. He said he needed more money for pictures, I said no publish what I sent you. He said he can not use my front cover and I need a new cover. Wanted $300 I said no. Then he wanted more money for the ****** I told him that was included in the $650. He said the cost $200 each and I need 3 of them. I told him I was thru, cancel the publishing and return my money. ******* then referred my back to ***************************** for a refund. I called *****, he tried to talk me out of cancelling. I said no I was through you miss represented what you do for $650 and I am not spending any more money. He said ok he would refund me $300. because they had done some work on the book. I told ************ don:t think that is write. It has been 2 weeks now and I have not received a refund, I checked with my credit card company yesterday.

  contracted with this company 10/22 -paid book finally got published and it is horrible - I am requesting a refund said I had a 100% guarantee-but they are not responding -any way to get help

  I paid ***** To begin a contract to publish my book. After they missed a phone appointment, I decided not yo do business with them and asked for a refund. I got every reason in the book about why they didn't make the appointment and 10 munster later they finally said my money would be processed on Monday. When I searched for the physical business, per the address on the website, ******* Maps couldn't find them. Empty office. I'm concerned. I just want my money back.
