This is a scam company misrepresenting themselves as Amazon's publishing arm. They misrepresented themselves through their website display and imaging, ****** search, in their direct emails, phone call conversation, the use of Amazon orange smile logo, their reps using titles such as Director of Publishing for Amazon, they fraudulently misrepresent themselves. They charged me $800 for a book to be published and $1350 for an audio book for services/product not as represented or provided. Stopped returning phone calls and emails. Have changed their name several times such as Amazon Digital Publishing to Amazon Kindle Direct Publication, as well as their original website that was displayed to look like the real Amazon, is obsolete. The real Amazon publishing arm is Kindle Direct Publication and they do not charge for books to be self-published. Wanting to warn any fellow consumers.

A friend sent me an Amazon gift card and the company says I received an email, which I did not. Other people have this same complaint and I am attaching other reviews. Amazon is doing some false advertising. I tried to purchase two Amazon gift cards for Christmas and learned two days later that I have somehow purchased ***** Airlines Gift Cards. Contacted Amazon and they refuse to cancel and refund the orders. They have told me that I need to contact ***** Airlines directly. The way they present the e-gift card on the website is misleading. Now looking at other reviews posted, it's clear I am not the only one this has happened to. I was tricked. I went to the Amazon e cards and it told me to choose a photo I did. I got them for my little grandkids Then after i order find out its a gift card for delta airlines! When I went to order it just said choose a photo. I picked the snowman then see it after and it said delta on it. If you order by mistake your stuck with it. this was false advertising. I was trying to purchase an Amazon gift card as I always do. This was for delta airline and there was no airplane symbol and there was no ***** logo. Now I have tried getting a refund through Amazon, through ***** and now through my credit card. no one will give me a refund This makes me so angry that I do not want an Amazon membership This shows up as top search for Amazon eCard, but it's limited to travel only. I send a couple of these as Christmas cards to my nieces. NOT what I wanted. It clear that this was limited to travel only. Very misleading, disappointing and frustrating.
