Hi there, I am a registered user of westfield. I activated their rewards coupon in my account before purchasing a pair of sneakers from *********** in their square. The sneakers costs $76.55 in total. As the description of the coupon, I should earn $25 cashback to the credit card I used for the payment of the sneaker. However, their poor online system has a bug and failed to recognize this purchase automatically. Therefore, I send a photo receipt to them, which is feature they provide in their app. After several days, the purchase history was added to my account and I can see this record from my online account. BUT this refused to credit me the $25 dollars since they stated that the $25 dollars can only be added by the system automatically, even now the purchase record was added successfully to my account later. The $25 coupon is earned by shopping more than $**** dollars. And it is their system bug that cannot add my shopping trips automatically. It's their responsibility to add the cashback to me manually. Now, they want me to pay for this. It's really ridiculous for such a big shopping center can have such indecent behavior and attitude to their valued customers. I'm already the Gold tier. Actually, I tried to contact them to solve this via email, however, they stopped reponding to me after they refused to add the cashback to me manually. I also tried to call them about this issue, but the guy who answered the call told me the only way to make it work is to contact via email. I tried, but no reply at all.
