      I purchased a ********************** kit (part number: TPS650HPSILVERADO) from TPS motorsports on on 10/12/2022 (order number: **********) on layaway for $3950. When I paid off the balance the following year, (which the website stated I had one year to pay off the balance) *************** told me during the year the price of the kit went up several hundred dollars more. Understandably I paid the additional $400 difference to Mikes TPS Motorsports account through cash app on February 23. He told me over the phone that it would be shipped out soon but never specified when it would ship but he said they had the parts in stock. I have received fuel injectors, a bare intercooler and an oil catch can. Im still missing all the intercooler piping and couplers, the entire ********************** kit and any other parts that they include in their package. I would much rather have my parts that I ordered than get a refund and have to deal with payments and shipping anything back. Ive spent $4,350 and I just want the remaining parts. It is now 4/2/2024 and the last item I received was on 1/19/2024 and Ive tried to contact *************** and an employee at TPS, *************************, many times from email, phone calls, texts, and calling the business number and they do not reply.

      I recently placed an order for a Corvette Big Brake Upgrade Kit for my vehicle. I recently found out these brakes will not fit my vehicle. After speaking with ****, he told me my options. I declined and said to please cancel the order. He then tried to tell me that they get hit with credit card fees and for an order of this amount ($3600) they get hit with "like a couple of hundred dollars". I then told him "How can you charge me a fee like this if the product hasn't even been shipped??" I told him CANCEL this order. He said "OK..." I said "and you will NOT charge me any fees". He said "OK...send me the e-mail". My gut feel is that he was being reluctant/evasive so I found it best to contact you immediately just in case there are problems with my refund.I am reporting this because I feel that this is very underhanded and potentially fraudulent. I have never had a business attempt to charge me a "like a few hundred dollars" if I cancel an order that hasn't even shipped! No legitimate business would ever do this. In fact, all others accept returns within 30 or ******************************************************* this case, the order hasn't even shipped and he was to steal a couple of hundred dollars from me?? No way.

      I purchased a set of 4 aftermarket wheels for my car. 3 months and **** miles of use since they were installed on my vehicle I was informed by my mechanic that 2 of the wheels are bent. I contacted both the manufacturer of the wheels and the third party seller, but communication about what will be done has been poor and infrequent.I was told that the wheels would be replaced, but have not been given sufficient information as to ancillary expenses related to this issue in a timely manner. I have lost faith in both the manufacturer and the seller.

      I purchased paid for work and items which included powder coating wheels and radiator screens for a 2023 Corvette on August 19, 2022. I brought the car in and the wheels were completed satisfactorily but they were unable to install the radiator screens for me which I had already paid for. Purchase price was $299.99 + $27.37 sales tax for a total of $327.36. I called a few times to schedule the installation but was unable to do so. In fairness they did offer to pick up the car from my home and do the install but I was not comfortable with someone else driving my car so I declined. I texted the owner *************** on Oct 26, 2022 @ 9:05AM asking him to just process a refund to my credit card for the screens and he said he would.Nov 1,2022 @1:47PM I texted *************** again as my refund had not been received and asked again.Nov 23, 2022 @ 8:48AM I texted him again and stated that if my refund was not processed and received within a week I would take other action. He assured me that it would be processed that day.Dec 4, 2022 my refund still has not been received. The refund amount I asked for was $300.00 even but with sales tax comes to $327.36.I have made other arrangements to have screens installed and just want my money returned for these items that were never received and installed.

      Order placed on 7/11/22. Per website, orders take 2-4 weeks to complete. After 3 weeks I reached out asking about an update. I was told it would ship in a few days. I waited another week and hadn't received anything. I reached back out to ****, owner, for an update. He stated he had mixed up my order with someone else's but they should ship the following week as he had just spoken to his team and I quote "they are working on them as we speak." Another week went by, called once again and asked for a refund/cancelation of order. He refused and hung up on me stating I was irrational. Made another attempt to communicate, was told they would ship today. Still has not shipped. At this point I want to cancel the order as we are six weeks in and have been told for 3 weeks that order is shipping "within next couple of days." Every time you talk to **** it's a different lie, mixing his orders etc. prof of request and his replies in emails.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/12) */ The customer ordered a part which is custom made to order and unfortunately there were supply chain issues including our powder coating supplier getting a very bad case of Covid. On our Website there is a disclaimer which clearly states Due to the nature of this product ship times will be from 2-4 weeks from time of order due to availability of cores. No one lied to the customer.. unfortunately with supply chain issues we can't always control everything Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/09/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) While I do not accept how it was handled, the order did arrive a day after opening this case in satisfactory condition. 2-4 weeks is not 7 weeks. The back and forth lying as to when the order would ship is what caused issues. Emails have been attached as to how those conversations went. Once all said and done, product was fine. Moving forward, business will be taken else where.

      I purchased a drilled and slotted rotor and suspension kit for my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ss. I have conversations with **** at TPS Motorsports in my email proving he has not and will not refund me or send me my remain pieces to my order. I have pictures and screenshots of every time I emailed and called him and record of messages. He is now avoiding me and it's been 20 weeks and he has done nothing to resolve it or call me back. It was a total of almost $***** and I still don't have my complete order.

      I bought 3 high performance products and put them layaway. After a period of few months and paid them off. I emailed them to update my order status. ******** he emailed back it should be delivered 2 months . Two months past I didn't get the products. Finally they sent out the first layaway order but not completed what I paid for. Email them back , I haven't heard nothing from them since.asked them to return products to get a full refund. He purchased a Torqstrom Supercharger kit which requires some fabrication and everything listed on our website was shipped to him. Unfortunately, he and the shop he used to do the installation wasn't capable of doing the install with the supplied parts. Customer should have purchased a supercharger kit which didn't require fabrication and a custom tune.. he should have bought a complete kit which didn't require fabrication BUT he didn't have and wanted to spend the extra $****-$****. We offered to refund him the part he stated wouldn't work which was about $300... all he had to do is send the parts back but he refused to spend $10 to send the parts back. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The shop was very capable of doing the install and did it with correct parts numerous things were just wrong parts.. I received ford mustang injectors for a Dodge Challenge. Had to buy the right belt.coolant fittings was missing. Catch can needed a none vented one it causes vacuum leaks intake boot.... The kit is sold as full kit except tune and fabrication.. the owner downs everyone that reaches him about issues..

      I placed an order with this company because they stated no waiting period and all items were in stock. Now they refuse to issue a tracking number or a refund and I keep getting excuse after excuse. ***** is a lot of money to not have anything to show for it.
