They are holding my number ******! This company is costing me endless time, missed calls and lost revenue! The service used to be ok, but then a charge was applied to be able to text. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere....Except there is no one to speak to and an endless stream of emails just giving me lip service, with my number still being unable to be ported over.******* can't get an answer from them either. I have sent multiple emails, paid to have my number released (RIDICULOUS!!!), and now will have to change my business #, reset all my contacts, get all new business cards = COSTING ME MORE $$$!!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!Do NOT get sucked in by their supposed cheap service because that's what you will get!I am giving it a little more time, with the hope they will release my number and/or actually respond to ******* in regards to the port requests.I will update here, either way.iPlum, Inc. I work in the education industry and often have to communicate with students and colleagues via phone and text. iPlum's HIPAA compliance feature has been very helpful for me to ensure secure communication. They are the absolute worst! I was trying to port my numbers over, and they said they could, but they could not. They charged me for a phone number that I did not want and that did not even work, and they refused to give me my money back. I DID NOT EVEN USE THEIR PRODUCT, and they will not give me a refund. There is no phone number to call to speak with, and you must "wait" for someone to email you back. I have been frauded, and I have no faith in the legitimacy of this company. And now I must take my time to report this to my bank for fraud as well. I am beyond irritated and frustrated. I belong to a franchise, and I will be sure to let EVERYONE know to NEVER go with this company because they are fakes that just steal people's money.iPlum, Inc. Response

Dear User, Your port was rejected by your carrier. You asked us to cancel the port and provide you a new number. We did as you requested. You can resubmit the port using same subscription or we can provide you a new number with area code you need. You don't have to buy any plan again. There are no live people to speak to. This is not the type of service that I needed for my business. I canceled the same day they would not refund my money. I accepted that, but then the following month they charged my account again, which caused my bank to overdraft my account. This is cost me several hundred dollars at this point ************ is a scam. They had the nerve to send me an email saying that I never canceled the subscription when I sent them. All of the correspondence in black-and-white showing exactly when I canceled and all the fees that my bank has charged me they will not return my callsiPlum, Inc. Response

iPlum's Deceptive Advertising: My primary concern centers on iPlum's misleading advertising. When I signed up, I expected comprehensive text and calling features for businesses, but reality fell far short. The ads didn't mention extra texting fees or the lengthy approval process. This created a significant gap between promises and reality, leaving me feeling deceived and unable to access paid services.Unusable Services: iPlum's service quality was abysmal, with poor connections and a non-functional text feature. It directly harmed my business operations, causing delays and missed opportunities. The services weren't just "similar" to the advertised description; they were materially different, undermining their intended purpose.Inadequate Customer Support: I sought help from **********************'s customer support, but the responses were insufficient. This worsened my situation, leaving me with unresolved problems and no recourse. As a paying customer, I expected support matching the advertised features, compounding my dissatisfaction.Consumer Rights: My refund request is based on consumer rights. I expected services to align with iPlum's description. When advertising sets specific expectations and services fall significantly short, seeking a remedy is my right. My refund request is fair due to the wide gap between promises and the detrimental impact on my business.Additional Costs: I had to pay an extra $20 to port out my number due to iPlum's shortcomings, highlighting their failure to deliver on promises.In conclusion, iPlum's misleading advertising, unusable services, and inadequate support left me deeply dissatisfied and financially burdened. Dear Subscriber, I am sorry you had issues. Starting May 30, 2023, the mobile carriers ************************ and others) have mandated the *** registration process for users sending outgoing text to any US mobile number. They want to ensure that no one is sending spam to their subscribers. This mandate is applicable to all vendors providing texting services. I used iplumapp for 1 month calling my customers. I liked it and i purchased year subscription. Mean while i also purchased 2000 credits for making cals. All my credits were used even after purchasing the yearly plan. Please refund my amount or give us the proper service....iPlum, Inc. Response

We reviewed your account and you were advised that you have used up the services for current month cycle. As per plan agreement, you get allocation of credits per month. You have used up credits for existing month, you will be allocated new credits at start of next month billing cycle.
