In October 2021 I reserved a parking space at this parking garage near San Jose International. On May 20th I called to cancel the reservation and was told to do so online, and then send an email to get a refund which should take a week. I followed up via email on 5/25 and was told their bank can't refund my credit card, but will send a check. I gave them my address and waited. Followed up on 6/2 and was told check was mailed on 5/26/22. Emailed on 6/6, 6/10, 6/14 and and was told to give it more time. On 6/15 I emailed again and was told their bank will charge too much to cancel the check but did confirm it was NOT yet cashed and to give it more time. I gave it until 6/27 and was told she can venmo. I emailed her my husband's Venmo account, she claimed she didn't get it. I emailed it again on 6/28 asking if she got it? No response on 6/28 or 6/29. At this point they're giving me the run around and wasting my time. I'm tired of emailing and being lied to. I want a check send via Fed-Ex asap to my home address that they have for $60.13. Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/07/22) */ After weeks of going back and forth with the business, they finally refunded me, but it was me who kept following up and it took much of my time via email and calls. Their response was slow and they tried everything not to refund me, so I'm still not happy with the way they handled it.
