****** and his team are the most professional team of individuals in the construction industry. They are willing to go above and beyond for you before the work even starts. Visiting the site multiple times with different trades to ensure the scope of work needed is fully understood and addressed properly. They will even take time to explain it to a whole HOA community and answer all questions from individuals.They are prompt to the point of being early consistently. They have a schedule and game plan of how ever aspect of a project needs to get done and in what timeline.******* was the head supervisor of the painters and took extreme attention to detail. His meticulous trades showed in his quality of work. He was willing to help me understand what was being done each day and never fell short of getting a task done. He was a great listener and full of knowledge.***** was the demolition/balcony/waterproofing head supervisor and was always on time and on task. Again his attention to detail and getting a job done was something he took pride in and was willing to explain each step along the way.******* and Oscars ability to communicate and answer questions onsite was above and beyond my expectations.****** is someone that will always answer the phone and a text message. He is one of the most knowledgable people I have encountered in our building and personal construction needs. He takes personal pride in his work and will not allow anyone of his workers to cut corners or take short cuts. In fact he will go above and beyond to ensure the quality of his work is done right and is a proud piece of work that beautifies all areas he works in.Not only do you get the above service and individuals who take pride in their work as if it is their own but the price and value you get is competitive and most fair.Very clean and no mess was left behind on a daily basis. Very impressive.
