I ordered flowers from the company's website (mysantaclaritaflorist.com) on Sunday, December 24th, 2023 at approximately 9:30am. The webpage advertised that the flowers I ordered had "Same Day Delivery" at multiple parts of their website.I placed the order and received a confirmation e-mail (attached) that said the order would be delivered the same day (December 24th, 2023).I contacted the business at the phone number on the order confirmation at 12:05pm to get an estimated time of arrival. The representative told me they "quit accepting orders for today 2 days ago". When I questioned why their website advertised "Same Day Delivery", they said "because you ordered from a third party website". When I told the representative I placed the order on their company's website, the representative then told me my order would be delivered on December 26th, 2023 which was too late for me to use the product. I politely ended the call.The company then began calling me. I answered and politely told the representative that I was unable to speak on the phone because I was at work, then I ended the call.The company called me again and I declined their call.The company then texted me (attached) and was very rude and was not professional. They then threatened to not refund my money and not deliver the product. I requested the refund and at this time I still have not received a refund of any amount.
