on January 15, 2024 I placed an order for two pillow covers with this company. The order number is *****. It was 42 ********** wool embroidered pillow covers 22 in.. I have sent three emails. They have responded to none. There is no phone number to call. Delivery was promised within 3 to 4 weeks. This order has been paid in full and they have not held up there promised to deliver the product as stated, and are avoiding, communicating with me. The business has therefore not tried to resolve the issue. This business was found through a ****** search.Business response

We made an order and it was never shipped. There is no way to call this company and after many attempts to email they never answered in anyway. There is no way to cancel my order or a way to talk to somebody about fulfilling the order.Initial Complaint

On Oct 17, 2022 I placed and paid for an order (Order ****). I have emailed multiple times and messages through Instagram it have received no reply at all. There is no phone number listed and no way to submit comments in the ** or IG accounts. I have tried everything I can think of to get my cushions. Some people do receive their product but based on the number of complaints exactly like mine, it appears this company is run by thieves who are quite comfortable taking money from customers without issuing the products ordered.Initial Complaint

7/01/2022 Order #**** Total: $725.74 Order originally said it would ship in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I have tried on multiple occasions via multiple channels to get in touch with the business. First it was to get an update on my order and then to let them know that I'd they didn't cancel the order and refund the order, I'd be filing claims against them via my bank and now the ***. I have not heard back any time despite using the information given in their website. They have turned off commenting on ********* on every post, only leaving a very few, old, positive comments. The only reviews I could fin online, that I saw well after my order was placed, are of the same nature as my complaint.Initial Complaint

Date of Purchase: 3/5/22 Order #**** Ordered 1 yd of Schumacher BETWIXT fabric in Zinc for a total of $106.15 Lead time says 3-4 weeks. Never received order and paid in full. Company has no contact phone #. I have emailed 8 times to find out where my order is and received no response.Business response

I accept provided that the refund is processed and the order is cancelled as I requested via email several times. On 3/31/2022 i ordered two custom pillows from Annabel Bleu (online) for $103.86. The time frame stated on the website to ship is 2 weeks. It is now 5/10/2022 and I have emailed three times asking for an estimated time of shipment with no response. I just want my money returned at this point but can not get the company to even respond to an email. They have no number to reach either.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company. What I received looks nothing like the pictures on her site. I followed the return policy by contacting her immediately. I received no response. Followed up several times. Also via Facebook messaging and Instagram. I commented on an Instagram post asking for her to contact me. She blocked me. There are several complaints similar to mine. She is not standing behind her product and is clearly running a business with no concern for her reputation.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pillow covers on November 6, 2021. Per the website, " Most orders are cut, sewn, and shipped from our warehouse within 4-9 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 12 business days for dispatch." On December 4, nearly a month later, I emailed the company to ask for a timing update on the order. I received no response. I sent a second Inquiry on December 13, 5 weeks after my order date, and again received no response. I then did a bit of digging and found that my problem was not unique and that this company habitually accepts orders, takes money, and never ships a product. It's hard for me to fathom how a company like this can still exist if this is a normal practice for them. I am currently out $150 and am extremely angry and frustrated
